Good morning and Happy Derby Day! (Probably not the event every where else that it is here )

Got Mickey Mail #1 yesterday for our first package We should see the 2nd any day now.

2) eat at least one TS each day? No-our 1st 2 nights are room only, on the 2nd night we'll be eating light before going to the Wishes Dessert Party.

3) See Fantasmic?Yes-1st time in many years, I'm looking forward to it.
See Wishes? Probably more than once.
See Illuminations? Yes!!!!! Finally we scored a pretty good ADR time for Rose and Crown. Even if you do not get a patio table, they have a private patio for their diners to watch the show from. I'm sooo excited about this!

4) go to all 4 parks? Yes

5) do rope drop? (Where?) Yes-probably all 4 parks.

6) do AM EMH? Nope, part of my planning strategy is to avoid those parks.

7) do PM EMH? We haven't decided on this one yet. If we do one it will be MK and will depend on how we are feeling. I have left this open as an option on 2 different nights.

I also added one of those zip up binder pouch/pencil holder things to hold receipts and smaller stuff. My ADRs are in my iphone, but I am still going to have an index card for the general tour info each day. The binder will stay in the room.

Does anyone have any packing tips?

I've tried rolling the clothes, but I must not be doing it right because it just looks like a mess when I'm done

Last year to save on baggage fees, I bought some of the dollar tree space saving bags and the large ziploc bags. I was amazed at how much I could get into those and get them smashed so flat. I packed 10 days worth of clothes in a carry on! It was nice, but packing up to come home didn't go as easy. This year we are on SW


I have always packed all of our toiletries in ziploc bags. I found some plastic shoebox containers at the dollar tree and I think those are going to work much better. It definitely looks more organized and everything won't be sliding all over the place.
