We are going in June too! June 9th - June 12th. It is a kids free trip for our 10th anniversary...which is actually June 9th! We are sooooo excited, but we aren't going to tell our kids we are going without then!:lmao:

:welcome: to our group. So cool that you are going for your anniversary. That is what we plan on doing next year for our 10th. I know the kids are probably going to be disappointed but they will stay with grandmom and she is just as fun as Disney...lol. They truly do like being with her so I guess they won't mind and they are so little they will get over it. (at least that is what I keep telling myself) I am sure we will go again sometime with them.

June 11th-22nd!! Staying at Bay Lake Tower for my High school Graduation trip!! :)

We are leaving them with grandparents as well! I figure they will have lots of fun and do many many things that are not allowed at home! Plus, we are taking them in July! That helps the guilt. This was my surprise from my husband. He told me early so I could do our ADRs! :) Can't wait. I figure we need at least 1 kid free trip for every 10 years! People look at us like we are crazy when we tell them we are going to Disney...WITHOUT KIDS!:rotfl:

We have done three trips to WDW for our anniversary...without kids. It has been fun each time...a little guilt but we get over it. Usually go during F & W Festival...and Mickey's Halloween party...so much fun!

We are going for our (7th) anniversary too, but we are bringing the kids. They'll be with us at disney for 9 days, then we will take them to grandma and grandpa in Lakeland and go back to Orlando for a few nights. We'll be close to them if we are needed since they've not really been away from us for long. I am also really excited because grandma and grandpa are keeping our dog during the trip so we don't have to board her lol.

I have my ADR's finalized (I hope!) including the times, for the front page.

6/22 - Kona Café 6:10pm
6/25 - The Crystal Palace 8:10am
6/25 - The Wave 5:25pm
6/26 - 1900 park fare 5:35pm

I. want. to. go. NOW.

*ahem*

I watched the planning dvd with the kids, which maybe wasn't a good idea because we aren't going to all the parks. I tried to skip DHS and AK but they wanted to see it. Now they know there are Jedis and Toy Story. I can't win! LOL

I updated your information on page 1. I know what you mean. It's hard to let them see things and then not go to a park, but hopefully another trip you will get to see the other parks. I guess I should order the new DVD. It might be fun to watch a newer version. We only have the one from a few years ago.

Awesome to hear you get over the guilt. I figure we are taking them in July so it should be okay with them. I'm sure when they hear we spent most of our time at Epcot and not at MK they will be just fine. Plus...I KNOW we will get them more souveniers that way because of the guilt!:rotfl2:

We are headed to the Beach Club June 10-18!!! Celebrating our 22nd anniversary with all three kids!! Can't wait!

May squeeze in an adults only trip during the F&W festival and before the annual passes run out! ;)

Has anyone been to La Hacienda in Epcot yet? I'm still playing with my ADRs....:lmao:

I added both of you to our lists on page 1. :welcome:

We are heading to Disney from June 9 - 17th and staying at the PoP. It will be our first trip and our 2 year old's bday!!

June is quickly approaching and my excitement level is growing daily :yay::yay::yay:. Since I have just under 4 months left to prepare i've begun adding more items to my "vacation bin":cheer2:. Last night I went to Wal-mart to purchase dog food and hopped on over to the hygiene section to purchase some travel size bottles for hair products and such, Purex 3-in-1 laudry detergent, and caps to cover our toothebrushes.

Today I purchased a Boba toddler carrier from zulily.com that was on sale for $59.00. After going back and forth trying to decide if I would purchase a mini city baby jogger stroller for my daughter or rent one from magicstroller I decided to rent the stroller and by the boba carrier. By doing it this way i'll be saving money b/c had I purchased the stroller i'd also have to purchase a bag to carry the stroller in so that I could check it at the airport, a rain protecter, a lap bar, etc. All of the before mentioned expenses will be eliminated because they are free with the rental of the stroller and i'll have the carrier for when she wants to be held which I know she will especially when she gets tired and cranky.

I am so ready to go. This is my daugther's and my first trip to the world. I can't wait :banana::banana:.

Next on my list is to order either the Sherpani or Ameribag backpack. The Ameribag is the better price, but i'm leaning towards the Sherpani as it is a bigger bag and has padded straps.

Welcome to our group! :cheer2: I added your information to our list on page 1. That sounds like an awesome trip for a 2 year old. I am sure your 2 year old will love it!

I think stocking up on travel goodies is the best part of the planning. I have a nice little stash started. Can't wait to pack! Is it too soon? LOL

:goodvibes Packing? Sounds like fun. I might start. I haven't even started stashing stuff yet. I'm really behind.:confused3 But, I am soooo excited I'm thinking about calling to see if we can move our trip to April. :cool1: Don't know what to do.. But, I can't wait to do it !!!

Just checking in for my daily Disney fix! Love to hear about everyone's plans & get packing tips. :banana:We're staying at a value for the first time & are trying to pack lite to maximize room space. Does anyone know if there's room under the bed for luggage or are they platform-type beds?
