For a bounceback package it's $200 for a deposit. You can change the dates later if there is availability. You can certainly start out with an approximate time and fine tune it as you get closer, you just will have a harder time getting exactly what you want the longer you wait. If you have some kind of idea then the earlier you make a reservation the better. Thanks! :goodvibes
Since the phone number listed on the bounceback paper is different then the regular CRO number, do you think that has any effect on calling to make a change? For example since the bounceback rate can only be reserved while your at WDW, what would happen if someone tried to call that number after they have checked out?

Good question...that I am not at all sure about. It would be worth a call to find out.

Well even though our bounceback reservation for this August can be viewed on the WDW website we never got the e-mail confirmation it, after it was made and calling them back the next day from our room the Cast Members on the phone said it was going to be sent and even confirmed our e-mail both times. So we are debating to call the main CRO number that we used in the past or the bounceback number which I wrote down in my BlackBerry.

Thank you both for the info! I will definitely take advantage of it this time for sure :) Have a great night...

Hi, Can anyone tell me if there is a playground at CR? An actual slide/swings playset? Or is there one close my daughter can play at?

Just booked the CR Garden view. Is there a paticular area I should request? If possible I would like a room close to the main building. CAN"T WAIT!!!

None of it is terribly far. We were on the second floor, looking out towards the pool slide, which is about in the middle of the garden wing complex. We didn't find it difficult to get to the tower at all. It is all covered walkway or indoor corridor and there are elevators at each end of the hallway. :thumbsup2

I would just request to be close to the Tower and then a floor, if you have a preference. If I had it to do over again, I would have asked for the first floor. I did hear some noise from some elephants who took up residence on the third floor about mid vacation, but was more concerned about *my* elephants dancing/running over the heads of others. :lmao:

If you are a quiet group/family, you might want to consider the 3rd floor -- we never waited long for an elevator. :cool1:

If you want a room with a patio request the 1st floor, because there are no balconies on the 2nd and 3rd floor rooms.

CRFan, I'm glad you had another great CR vacation and congratulations on the Bounceback rate.

I made two BBs when we were at WDW earlier this month. One was brand new and I did receive an email. The other was as an existing reservation to which the CM applied the BB rate. I did not receive an email for that one. Called back and a second CM said she'd send one. Still didn't get it. However, the CMs can view it. I'll have to try retrieving it on the website and printing out a copy.

Thanks for that information and we can also view our bounceback reservation online. However for whatever reason when I print it the page always looks very smugged and etc, so I tnink it's a problem with the WDW site. I noticed it when printing out the reservation from our home computer and at the Business Center in the Marriott where I am currently at right now. So that's why I wish we can get an e-mailed confirmation because it looks a lot better after printing it.

Has anyone that's stayed at the CR recently eaten at the Wave for dinner? I'd love to hear some reviews and your favorites :)

Hi guys, I had a couple of questions about the pools :)

I was wondering about the big slide...My DD will not go down on her own, but I was wondering if they let you ride behind your child with your arms around them? Do they have lifejackets onsite? Towels located at pool area?

Also, how deep is the round pool that is closest to the lake? I heard that it gets deeper as you get closer to the middle, but was wondering how deep it is at the edges? My DD loved the zero entry at the poly and I was wondering if the edges might be shallow enough for her to walk around?

Thanks as always, and have a great day!

Yes, they have lifejackets and towels. No, you can't go down with your child. The quiet pool is deeper than the big pool--I think 3.5 feet(?) across. There are steps to get in. There is no zero-entry. HTH

There is a new splash pad, though, that you DD might enjoy.
