I am thinking Bay view, I know my Dh would like the water view and the kids would like the water parade. What floor/room should I request. My DH is a light sleeper and I am(just a little)worried about CM noise. All this info is wonderful.

Well the highest none Club Level floor in the Tower you can request is the 11th floor, however in my opinion the view looks great no matter what floor you would stay on. As for any noise from Chef Mickey's request a room away from it over the Fantasia store.

Finally just so you know the water parade also goes on the Magic Kingdom View room side when it's in Seven Seas Lagoon.

We always request a BL view room "far from CM, as high as possible, and an odd-numbered room" so that our bed faces toward the pool, FW, Epcot and not toward BLT. We love the BL view.

My husband and I are staying at BLT Jan 26 - Feb 1. We are SO excited! Thanks for all this amazing insight CR Fan 4 Life. Could you tell me (I'm a newbie and haven't read every page of this thread yet, so I appologize if you've already answered this a million times) if we will be allowed access to the Tower Lounge? Or is it for DVC members only? We're a cash ressie. Thanks again.

Access to the lounge is only for DVC members staying there on points.

I sort of suspected as much. Any recommendations for viewing Wishes from BLT? We only paid for a 1 BR standard view so I doubt we'll be watching from our balcony. I thought maybe there were good views from ground level. We'll also be dining at Cali. Grill a couple times (which we've done before and OMG what a great view!)

Since my family and I have never stayed at Bay Lake Tower I can not give any suggestions on where to watch Wishes, however another option you can try is the 4th floor observation deck at the Contemporary.

Hmmm...since you are staying at BLT you will have access to the skyway bridge that joins the buildings on the 4th floor...that looks like it may be a great spot to watch the fireworks to me.

You're welcome and here is some information about it. When going there it's located past the Fantasia Market and you will see two doors which lead right outside to it.

I thought no one is allowed to watch Wishes from there because it's a high traffic area or something like that?
