It is coming quick! We are down to 10... I can't even believe it.

Anyone who has been to the CR this month -- do you happen to know what time they have been doing the smores at CR?

Count me in with CR fan 4 life and scjo68, we will be there with you too. We changed our res from CR tower, MK view to BLT LV, 1 bedroom (yea, will have some privacy). Hope we are not disappointed. We are all so excited and can't believe it is almost here. 28 short days for us. See all of you down there.

We are at the CR now. Just watched fireworks from our room on the 10th floor. AWESOME. The view was worth the money. Room is spacious,love the bathroom with the double flat sinks. We are using 1 and the is plenty of space under neath and by using the 2nd for storage.Pool is awesome.Life guards are on till 10p but they did say you can swim after that as long as you like, its just quiet time. Overall very clean.Did online check in and room was ready when we arrived at 1130a. Doesnt seem too crowded either.
Internet is was hit and miss,but a quick call to the tech line got us up and running although I still cant get my apple airport express working for a wireless connection. We are here until Tues and then moving on to the YC.
The only thing so far that hasnt been great is the Contemp Cafe. Select is decent but the food itself was blah. Will post more and pics when I can.

Last month is was crazy early (5:30 to 6:15pm) It wasn't even dark

Is the walk to MK really only 5-10 minutes? Would you always walk vs. take the monorail?

Walking back after fireworks on 7/3, we decided to time it. Two adults, I wouldn't say we were power walking, but not creeping either. We "strolled" back to CR.

10 minutes from the point where the path splits from those heading to buses to the bus stop outside CR. So maybe 15 minutes total from exit turnstile to elevator inside CR.

We walk to the Kingdom if it's not too hot, otherwise, we're lazy and take the monorail around.

We walk back if we think it's going to be crazy busy getting onto the monorail. Otherwise, we're lazy and take the monorail (notice the trend ).
