Usually for me by the third day I am in the groove and it get's a LOT easier.. and a few other people here have reported the same thing. It may be different for you. If you are really miserable then maybe it's not the right thing for you to do.
If you really can't take it anymore though do one thing before you go off.... cheat on your weight in day and hop on a scale.. you might be suprised. Then again you might not but what do you have to lose at that point!!
I have mentioned it in a few other posts but I don't see why it has to run "this" week! If anyone wants to try it, go for it..we will still be here!
