Am I the only one who shivers walking down the hallways in BWV and BCV? Knowing the cost of energy these days (not to mention the environmental impact of overusing electricity), would anyone really mind if it was a couple of degrees warmer in the hallways?

This and the drip under the bridge on the way to Disney Studios are the two things that I shake my head at on each trip...

LOL, I agree about the drip! I remedy the cold hallways by staying at OKW. Only natural airconditioning in the hallways there!;)

I don't know how much money you would actually save.

The government just came out with the energy savings per family with the extended day light savings time. 30 cents. That's right. 30 cents per family. But a savings of $20 million nation wide.

We could not get over how cold the hallways were at the VWL two weeks ago! My FIL commented on it all the time so when I saw your post I had to laugh!

If the hallways were comfortable, I wouldn't bring it up, but even if it didn't save me a penny I'd prefer the hallways to be less chilly. We're not swimmers, but I bet it's even more uncomfortable for those who have to get from the pool back to their rooms!

I would think it would be a win-win all the way around to raise the temp a few degrees. Good for the environment, more comfortable for guests, and a few pennies off our MF.
