Does anyone know what has happened with the idea for the lime green mickey shirts.
Was thinking we should do something when we are down there so we spot each other when out and about.
Maybe a wristband or ribbon.

I came back over here Katherine.......I am sooooo up for the lime green shirts! I would love to get my Cat-o-tar on it too! I procrastinate better than anyone though.

I have it on a list to at least try and get a shirt tomorrow. Then my sister said that I can print out my Cat-o-tar onto an iron on sheet.

Thanks Ann! I appreciate the compliments! Unfortunately, I don't think the cat-o-tars are going to "blow up" big enough to make a t-shirt. By the time you enlarge them, they get all pixelated in a bad way. And frankly, it's just luck when I get one drawn - I don't think I can draw another t-shirt size one that would be as good!

I was thinking of making us buttons of our cat-o-tars...what do you think of that? I'm working on it, and will let you know when I get them done.

Great minds think alike Cathie.....shirt idea didn't pan out today.....lime green is not an easy color in November for a t-shirt.

My button idea was going to be a laminated Cat-o-tar and I thought about putting it in the head portion of the lime green Mickey head paint sample thingie and attach a bar pin on the back.

Or......I could just put the Cat-o-tar on any green paper and laminate it with the bar pin. I was also thinking of putting my user name on there too.

Can you tell I am excited?????????????????????????????

I know how your feeling.
I have been walking around with a permanent smile since last Wednesday.
I can't wait!
This is going to be so cool.
I know not having much luck with the lime green myself.
I thought something like a wristband or lime green ribbons would be easier for everyone to get on short notice.
On another topic just wanted to thank all my helpers that have helped me figure things out in the last couple of days.
This is the last night on the boards for me for a few days.
I am off early tomorrow morning to meet up with DH for a few days.
We will both be back on Tuesday.
I know he jonzing for his dis board fix.
He'll be here Tuesday evening.

It sounds like most of you are off the lime green t-shirt idea, but if anyone does decide to do it, we got ours at Michael's craft store for about $3.00. For those who don't like lime green a $3 investment isn't so painful.

Wish I was going to Toy Story Mania. I'm trying to avoid the "buy 4 get 3 free" deal that was announced last week. I swear, it's ridiculous how much our family obesses about Disney.

Since I'm due in mid-March, I'm trying to see if it's feasible to do the buy 4 get 3 more thing either before baby is born or afterwards...really, I can make it work!

Actually, I'm hoping for a similar/better deal for next fall's slow season! I'd love to do a little DVC and a good deal at the Poly! That would be a dream vaca for me!

Oh, I am ALL FOR the lime greens shirts........I just meant that it was a hard color for me to find in November.

I actually ended up buying a sleeveless lime green tank ($3 Walmart). So I figured I could wear that under a shirt and try and put the Cat-o-tar on there or just make the button.

When my kids were littler I was a crafting queen, now time just gets away from me. Hope I don't procrastinate this project away so that it ends up being nothing more than a good intention.

The one month mark was really fun too see come, but today it I realized that it is just a few weeks away and I got a little nervous! Not a bad nervous--an excited nervous! If I could change anything, it would be that all of you guys would get to go too! The Disney offers keep looking better and better!

Just today I got super excited about being there amidst the fantastic decorations enjoying the holiday events. Even better than that is getting to meet up with everybody!

I'm back!! Caught up now.
Soooo excited about the whole TSM thing.

Being in DisneyWorld, meeting the "Adventurosetors", riding TSM, being in Disney, meeting the podcast crew, Disney, Christmas decorations, WARMTH!!, ....did I mention being in Disney???
DW brought up the confirmation email and a copy of the podcast on CD to where I was and I said "WOOO HOOOO!!!!"
Not understood by my "colleagues" at the time.

DH and I are debating if we will go back to Disney or do a cruise...can't afford both, so it's one or the other. Then again...I think we might be doing a family cruise the spring of 2010, so that would mean that next year would be Disney again!! If we do go, it will be around the same time that we went this year - the crowds were great and so was the weather!!

Can't wait to see what "special offer" they will have for us!!!
