My update:

We are plugging away at potty training...it's going v-e-r-y s-l-o-w-l-y. My DD told me she rather just P&P in her diaper or pull-up. So we are giving her one more week and then going commando -- straight to underwear.


And YAY FOR ME! I've moved on to 3 injections a day (the next step in the IVF process). Now we're just trying to figure out the right doses of meds while my body grows the eggs. So we're moving along nicely.

Oh, Cat -- can't wait to see the sky-dive!!

Oh, I feel your pain with the potty training....D-Man is doing great, but just as soon as we're in public......kersplash......"Mommy, I had an accident" Seriously? Err...the only part of motherhood I dread.

Oh the bright side....I am SO glad to hear your "process" is going well! Sending you as much luck as the Fleagles can muster.

We all took my Dad to see Narnia on Father's Day at a new theater here. It was a great place! I don't know about where you all live, but it's the first one here that actually plays film music while you are waiting for the movie to start! And guess what kind...Disney music!!! I thought of you guys the whole time! We heard When You Wish Upon A Star, part of The Main Street Electrical Parade (I know, it's not on Main Street anymore, but still...) and then Mary Poppins! I wondered if it was the Broadway soundtrack maybe? Or just some other version, but it was great! The theater is one of those that has the balcony where they bring you food and all the snack deals are named after old stars...The Fred and Ginger...The Bogie...it was neat! Funny how little things like that make me think of you all!

Anyway, when the party bus rolls through Oklahoma, that's the place to go if anyone wants to see a movie!

I believe my next adventure was suggested by Circusgirl...she wants my to go on safari! I'm already mapping out my itinerary!

CAT!!! I just have to say that your CAT-TOONS are AMAZING!!! I love them! I really really think you should put them all online somewhere and make them a real comic strip for people to "toon" into! You've already got a built in fan base, that could extend to the whole DIS and then Disney fans in general! The adventures of Cat-O-Tigger!!!

Were you able to sort out the situation with the scratches and dings on your new furniture? (That would drive me absolutely nuts!! I hope the manufacturer took responsibility for the defects.)

Security alarm now installed at the studio, insurance taking care of the stolen stereo stuff, new floor going being installed in a couple of weeks, (termites, remember?) and getting ready to pack for NY City!

Yep, we're leaving Tuesday morning and seeing Mary Poppins that night! So excited!!!! I'll be SURE to fill you in!

I'm also hooking up with another old dance friend to say a quick Hello! Art museum, Broadway Dance Center and A Chorus Line on Wednesday and that's about it! Speaking of A Chorus Line.....has anyone seen the issue of People Magazine with Tim Russert on the front? There is quite a spread on Mario Lopez who is now in A Chorus Line. Wowzers! I got my hair done yesterday and wondered what magazine I was looking at....if you know what I mean!

Thanks for the well wishes.....I'm really nervous to leave the little ones, but perhaps it's time for me to get away for a quick trip. My stress level could sure use it.

One of my other cats is now in the hospital with neurologic signs that started last evening just as I had sat down to try to rest after a long sad day that started with the death of my friend Sandahbeth. She had a long complicated illness and had been placed on life support a few weeks ago. Her medical team met with her husband on Saturday and told him there was no longer a chance that she could recover, so he called a small number of us and had us come to the hospital yesterday morning to be with them as she passed away. She is singing in the Angel Band now and I know it is best for her, but I will miss her terribly.

CG-I've been trying to catch up on the thread and had to stop to reply so I hope I find in later posts that everything is well with your kitty. I'm so sorry to hear about the passing of your friend. What a hard decision for a spouse to make. I'll pray for peace of spirit for all of those involved.

So, what is it with all the bad luck? I went to the studio tonight for our Company Auditions and guess what? Someone broke into the studio and stole my stereo equipment! Lovely. Just what I needed. Seriously, Fleagle luck sucks. Could someone give me a clue as to when to quit and just give up? Errrr!

Amy, that is a very big BUMMER! Do they have any leads on who might have done it? Thinking of you (although I think you are in NYC right now).

P.S. Don't ever give up! Your family is paying a big price right now, and the payoff will come soon. The strength and closeness that we gain from relying on each other will see us through. Remember, that which does not kill us makes us strong!
