It sounds like everyone will need to GTG on the 12th since the 13th is booked. Let me know if that changes in any way or if you can sneak away for an hour or so on the 13th to have a snack somewhere (why does everything revolve around food for me? HMMMM). Ann, if you do stay at Pop on the 13th let me know. That will make up for us not getting to see each other in January.

How fun this is!!

I literally laughed out loud when I read this.....as I really feel like I have let you know each and every thought I have had regarding sneaking in an extra trip (even if I can't make it into the parks - I will be on Disney property). So sorry I have been going on and on about all of this.

I really am excited at the thought of getting to meet some of you. I was so envious that so many were going to be going at the same time.

That Friday night though, DH's company is picking up the tab so I will be staying where there put us (probably Portofino).

Hey, Suz, since you went and moved your original trip, can I at least eat some of your free food???

You are more than welcome to my free food! I got an e-mail today with a $59.00 rate. It doesn't start until the 14th 'though or I'd offer to book you at Pop. Are you really thinking about staying there on Saturday night?

Two fun things that hit me today...

1. Since were going in December instead of January we'll be there during the Year of a Million Dreams. I was bummed that we wouldn't get one last chance at another dream! When Katie and I went there for a couple of days before our last cruise we were on the bus going to Epcot. We saw a red carpet and some cast members with balloons waiting at the drop off stop for Epcot. I was ready to knock down the lady in front of me to be the first one off the bus because someone said that it was probably the night in the castle dream. Alas, it wasn't our bus stop, it was the one ahead of ours.

2. If we would have kept our January dates we wouldn't have had a 2008 trip. I wouldn't get my 2008 magnet for my collection. Now I will!

Our neighborhood had trick-or-treating tonight instead of tomorrow. I dressed up like a gypsy to pass out the treats. Fun but cold!

Night everyone!

I had two of those "I am going to get Dreamed" experiences.....one right when we got on our first bus last December to go to MK. The bus driver handed my daughter and son a card (I believed it was because we were so OBVIOUSLY full of Disney spirit and fun).

Well, it was a scene right out of Willy Wonka. I told them to grasp the cards tight and don't look at anyone and don't say anything. Thinking THEY were dream fastpasses of course. NOT. They were a bus trading card.

Then, while at the MK, I was right in front of the castle. Again, just KNOWING that the powers that be the "Dream Squad" were scoping us out. I asked a castmember where the best spot would be to view the parade. She told me and then let us walk away. THEN called us back to her......I knew it! She was my ticket into the dream suite. She held out a piece of paper and said you want to see something great??? YES YES YES I yell! She proceeded to circle on my map a great location to stand to see the characters in the parade.

I did get Mickey Ears "dreamed" but was apprehensive to wear them (I did though), thinking that "they" would think I already had been dreamed and wouldn't give me the "dream fastpasses" I REALLY wanted.

Then, and I think I am repeating myself now, we were on It's a Small World and while waiting in line, I kept thinking who would see us. Only to glance over at a man loading his teenage son from his wheelchair into the front of the boat. Well, I proceeded to tear up and gave my children a lecture through the whole ride about how we already HAD our dream fastpasses.....we had the use of our legs. If you need a mental image of this.....picture four happy faces, except for one is crying and the others are looking at the displays, hearing the music ALL while listening to a crying mother explain how blessed they are.......not sure but I am thinking that ride will not be first on their list this time.

I totally plan on meeting you sometime Amy. I've been wanting to e-mail you to run something by you. I really want to see Wicked and it's going to be in Norfolk, Va in the spring. I was thinking about bringing Katie and wondered if you want to bring Alyssa and meet us there. Jeff and Bobbie would come as well, but wouldn't go to the show. I'm still working out the details (and it's all pending the cost of course). Think about it okay? Anyone else?

Speaking of the CMO thing. I heard through the grapevine about a commercial Disney has done to promote next years "celebration". Apparently it shows kids receiving their "birthday" park passes via.....

BALLOONS! Sound familiar?!?! What's up with that?

Tooth, we didn't try for tickets. Because free dining doesn't start until the
14th we have a room only ressie for the 13th. We'd have to buy a one day ticket to go to MGM and I'm too frugal to spend $80.00/each for one evening at the parks since we don't land until nearly 3:00. I sure hope everyone who's going gets tickets.

I just checked youtube to see if the commercial was there. Yep, and it's balloons all they way! Balloon guy had such a great idea with that one. Disney must have liked it a lot too!

It was in Pittsburgh and the timing was just tough with my mom and the move. We had to take a miss, but I'm determined to see it while it's on tour. It's only there from May 13-31 so I'm thinking that tickets will be hard to get. We'll really have to get a strategy.

If there is anyone who wants to join us, that'd would be great!

I know it's quite a ways away...but if you are really serious then let's pick a date and make a plan. If you came how long would you stay? Could we have you all over for dinner and the kids could play/hang out. Don't forget Busch is right here too. Anyway..... I know you're still trying see if it's even possible, but that would be fun!
