Hi,

I am interested in renting a DVC! I am new to all of this! I am very nervous, I have been reading up on it and from what I understand scams can happen! :confused3 So, I decided it would be best to go with Davids. I understand I would pay more per point but its secure!:) I like that!:thumbsup2 My questions are are the DVC wheelchair acc.? My DD uses a wheelchair full time! Also can I add the dining plan if so how would it work? Are the prices quoted in Can. $? Any advice you would like to offer would be great!!!! Any info. you care to share would be WONDERFUL!!!!!!:)

If he needs an accessable room, they have those and can block one off if available for your dates. When the reservation is made, DVC Member Services will need to contact the Special Needs division to make that arrangement. You need to discuss that with David up front.

As for the dining plan, yes it can be added to DVC point stays. All persons listed on the reservation (age 3 and over) must be on the dining plan for all nights of the reservation. Currently, the dining plan is paid for at check-in. Beginning Oct 14, the dining plan must be paid for when added to the reservation. DVC point stays do not qualify for any free dining promotions that may be available.

Thanks!!!!!! for the quick reply! I think this might be best for my family!:thumbsup2

Just an FYI. David is an active member of these boards. His screen name is Daddio.

I've never rented from him (or anyone), but every one whos rented from him speaks very highly of him and his service.

Thank you!!!! I will have to keep an eye out for that name!:goodvibes

One more question Would I be able to you ME? staying on points in the DVC????:wizard:

Yes, you should be able to use Magical Express while staying at a DVC resort. I think the member needs to make the reservation, so be sure to mention to the broker that you want ME.

Hi

Just to say, i understand your concerns about renting but the scams are outweighed 100 fold by genuine rentals from genuine people.

Good luck whatever you decide to do.

Thanks again! The ME works wonderful for my family!!!

Thanks again, I feel much better about all of this, but I will use David. I can't fight that lingering feeling of being scammed!:confused3
