The absolute last thing I needed!

I just got back from the emergency room. I fell last night and broke my ankle. Now I've got a lovely purple cast. What a mess! I've never broken anything in my whole life and I had to break my ankle now - with a 5 month old baby to take care of!

Oh no, I really sorry about your ankle. I hope you're not in too much pain. I know what it's like taking care of a baby when you're not feeling good. Hopefully you can find things to entertain the baby while staying off that ankle.

Oh my, the altough I don't suppose there is a great time to break your ancle it does seem like a particularly difficult time for you right now. I sure hope you ancle heals up soon an you are doing better asap.

I had my right wrist and hand in a cast when I had a little one. Try and change a diaper on a wriggling baby with one hand. It was an experience, but we made it through.

Hang in there and try to keep that ankle up as much as you can. Hope it feels better soon!
