I am usually good at games... but this one is really stumping me... Oh well, I like seeing everyone else's answers.

It is the kids that amaze us all sometimes! And what treasures they are given - not to mention valuable life skills like making friends, bathroom skills, how to squat without touching your backside to the ground - how do they do that??? I've tried and tried and it never works but I chuckled when I saw the photo of your daughter in a perfect Asian squat.
Blessings!!!

I know, you have a nifty little prize to prove it.
You're right! I think I've broken out that pic enough the last few weeks. I have to wait 6 months before it makes a reappearance!![]()
I need to copy the code into a doc to save forerver -just for posterity, mind you. I laugh outloud EVERY time I see it.
You can always ask Kathy... I'm sure it is the background on her computer!![]()

PlEasE tEll mE this onE is EasiEr to guEss!!! (Hint: It's NOT from Expedition Everest)
Here's that new apron I finished up a few days ago. We're having fish tonight!!! (Really.) I really like the way it turned out. Of course there are a ton of little oopsies here and there, but overall, I am enjoying wearing the warm colors of autumn as I cook. They make me feel warmer- especially if I have a pumpkin spice candle burning.

very nice! and very autumn-y![]()
beautiful apron!! I love the style! I have one which is similar which my mother gave me onceAnd the colors really suit you! Did you use a pattern (or what it might be called, the paper you use to cut the material) or did you invent it yourself??
Thanks, Tanya! I really like it! Now we're working on our Galadriel and Susan (from Lion, Witch and Wardrobe) costumes for the English Country Dancing Ball. Fun stuff!
I just know those will turn out beautifully!! I can not wait to see them!!
The best part is that I saved about $10 in making it rather than buying it. I saw some that were very similar for about $35, and this one costme about $25 to make. I used a pattern- there is no WAY I could come up with that on my own. Although I do know many ladies (and guys) who can.
I have a clothing protection devcie for use when manning the deep fryer. It's from my brother in law and is covered with cigars. Not that I would ever actually smoke a cigar. (GFAMT!) But the pattern makes it more manly. Which is important you see.
Is it the Ghiardelli Soda Fountain sign?
OMGosh! You did such an amazing job on it!!
I looooove it!! Autumn is my most favorite time of the year to decorate, even over Christmas as we both have in common and now I'm seriously envious of your new digs to cook in!!![]()
Thanks!! I really like it a lot, and even look forward to cooking in it now!
Half the time the patterns aren't correct or don't make a lick of sense....or is that just me?!?![]()

They can be confusing at best.
Don't you just love that?!? I love saving money where I can, then I can apply it to my Disney fund!
I can save all I want (well, can), but still won't likely get back for a long, long time.
Nice Update Liesa! Beautiful pictures of the scenery and architecture! And NO Judys!
Well, between Germany and Disney you did make a stop in DC, didn't ya?If you see Judys on here, there is a very large problem!![]()
Well, between Germany and Disney you did make a stop in DC, didn't ya?Surely you will get to that part of the trip by Valentine's Day, won't you???
I've got a better chance finding Judys than I apparently do with your latest letter identifications!!!

Why do I find that completely hilarious? You may be right.
Hi Liesa,
Popping in to say hi!!!Haven't had time to catch up - it's been crazy at work!! I've been working long hours.
I did catch your apron though - I love it!!You are so creative - I wish I could sew. After the apron talk on here, I realize I should really get one myself. They really do serve a purpose - I'm always getting something on my shirt when I'm cooking!
That hotel room must have felt like heaven after that long journey...especially for those feeling under the weatherWhat beautiful scenery in Germany. One day I'll get over there...
Oh. Ihave that picture saved in NUMEROUS spots for payback or whatever else I may need it for.
Great update, Liesa. Love the pictures of your short stroll on your arrival while the sickies stayed behind.
I love your pics of Germany! I am determined to get there one day!!
I bet those beds were heaven for the ill ones!!
