The $500 "reduced down payment?"

We're EVER SO CLOSE to making a big fat DVC purchase - but we wouldn't be financing at all. Does that mean this incentive would be meaningless for us?

The incentives would apply whether paying cash or financing. You can use the $500 in any way you wish. You can apply it towards the deposit or towards the final payment or use it for a nice meal if you'd rather!

A referral from an existing member, $500 can be used toward final payment? Thought that the $500 Visa Gift Card would come after closing?????????????????????

I think you're referring to the $500 visa gift card you get after closing. I was asking about the $500 reduced down payment - they are different incentives.

Or am I wrong, WebmasterDoc? They are two separate incentives, correct?

Another words, it was offered to those members who had 160 closed points already, who were "adding" on minimum 100 points?
