The 5 Keys to the Kingdom

For those who have done the Keys to the Kingdom tour, please help me remember the 5 keys. I came up with Service, Efficiency and Courtesy, does that sound right? What are the other two?

I was just thinking about this the other night...Safety is #1, then Courtesy, Efficiency, Show (i.e. Presentation)...but I can't remember the 5th one....
