Hi I've been looking into different diets searching for one that I can "do" and fits the way I live. This one looks interesting. The basics are you eat small relatively low calorie meals/snacks every 3 hours. This helps keep your metabolism moving. The inventor, Jorge Cruise was on the Today Show, because he is helping Al Roker lose about 20 lbs that he has put back on.
I've done Atkins in the past and lost about 25 lbs., but 4 years later I've put all that back on plus. Even though Atkins worked initially, I found it hard to "know" what to eat when I got hungry.
Anyway, I'm thinking of giving this 3-Hour thing a try and was wondering if anyone else has tried this diet?

I HATE DIETING..and i hate it even more now that i am getting older and my body doesnt lose it as easy!!!! 
I just grab an apple or yogurt in between meals. I've been keeping my meals low fat.
