Yep, we've all seen Shrek.

Lots of songs have been used in lots of movies over the years. Not our fault that we associate that song with the movie even though I know it is not "from" Shrek, just used in Shrek.

Back to the show.

I was not super impressed with Chikaze (or however you spell it)..he was doing ok but I didn't like the end.

I think it's time for Luke to go, even though I would like him to stay just to look at him.

As for the other...probably Danny.

All of the guys were bad and boring. I actually don't care who goes home. I do agree with one Poster lets keep Noriega at least he is entertaining to watch. these guys cant hold a candle to last seasons top 50 guys or any other seasons guys that tried out. Maybe AI has depleted the talent pool.....

it was just boring and bad singing not a good combo....maybe its because of the writers strike we had....

Week Three – The Guys – Wrap-Up

80s week…There was a huge potential for disaster here, but it was the best night of performances yet.

Luke Menard – Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go – Corn-tastic! Luke needs to go home. He’s incredibly boring and he’s not that great of a singer.

David Archuleta – Another Day in Paradise – Liked the start on the piano. He has a rough time with the low notes, but I still liked the performance. The end interview where he said he chose the song because it spoke about homeless people was too preachy for me...I honestly laughed when he said that…

Danny Noriega – Tainted Love – Wow…just wow…ten times more enjoyable to watch than Sanjaya…keep him in…I actually think he’s got a good voice, but this wasn’t great tonight.

David Hernandez – It’s All Coming Back to Me Now – When anyone attempts these BIG numbers and doesn’t perform up to par, they end up failing miserably, in my opinion. I didn’t like it at all.

Michael Johns – Don’t You Forget About Me – The first time I actually liked him. He was pretty good tonight. The song fit him, I think.

David Cook -- Hello – Loved it. Two weeks in a row I’ve liked this guy. Didn’t think I’d like him at all, but I thought he was great this week.

Jason Castro -- Hallelujah – I know everyone loves Jeff Buckley, but I’m not a huge fan of this song. The voice cracking at the end…didn’t really like this at all.

Chikezie – All the Woman That I Need – His voice was alright on this, but I didn’t like it at all.

I missed the first half darnit. Listening to just the reviews at the end, sad to say I didn't like Luke's sound at all. He's a cutie and I want to like him but he's just nasally (sp?). Also didn't care for Danny but then I haven't liked him from the start. I was quite surprised that I liked David Cook's performance. I don't care for his looks but I am sitting at the computer so I "heard" him rather than "watched" him and he was pretty good. I loved the song Jason sang but didn't think he did a great job.

I hope Luke and Danny go.

So what do you expect to hear from the girls tomorrow? Anyone think one will be brave enough to sing a PA song? How about "Like a Virgin", lol?
