As much as I like Ruben and Taylor Hicks, I cannot disagree more. You cannot dispute two Grammy winners. What has Taylor been doing since he won? I'm sure I listen to the wrong radio station to hear him, so I'll admit he might be getting a fair amount of play somewhere, but I haven't heard much about him.

I don't know if this is the most talented bunch or not, it may be that they are more closely talented. At this point, I can't think of one guy I'd rather see go than another, okay maybe Danny Noriega, but that's not based on talent, but as someone mentioned earlier, I don't care for the attitude either. As far as the girls go, If Kady and Amanda go, I wouldn't be too unhappy. I think Amanda is a one trick pony and while she can find an appropriate rock song in a theme of eras, she would be terribly exposed in other theme nights. Kady just doesn't do anythinf for me.

I think Dan was talking about his personal favorites, which is not up for dispute. Everyone has their personal favorites, those two Grammy winners make ME barf, I don't care if a zillion people think they hung the moon.

I don't think this group is the most talented by leaps and bounds. There are NO outstanding females and most of the men are just blah. I know personal friends and relatives who can sing rings around most of them and stood on line for hours for nothing. I'm quickly losing interest in the show because it seems almost as contrived as Big Brother is this year!

Yes Robin I was talking about my personal favorites. Thats the things about these boards and sending e-mails. Real hard to read between the lines. You almost have to be too specific....But yeah Taylor and Ruben are my 2 Personal AI favorite winners. I also like Carrie but do not care for Fantasia or Kellie C at all.

Oh and as a Big Brother watcher myself this season is terrible. the people on this show is perhaps the biggest bunch of spoiled cry babies and if you have seen any of Morty's site or youtube videos 2 or 3 of the women are a bunch of S_ _ _ S. At least the one girl was behind the closed bathroom door with her real life boyfriend. The others are doing lap dances and strip shows and making out among other things with each other and each guy.

I think they are trying to make him into something he is not. I think he should be doing Luther V type songs. Thats what got me hooked during season 2. If you recall during that thread I said there would be alot of babies made to his singing. I thought then he was the next Luther, not that anyone can replace him thats impossible. JMHO. he also sounds a bit like Joe, who also sings great love songs at last thats what they have him sounding like now.

I personally want him to stick with gospel which is definitely his strong point. He recorded an AWESOME song with a friend of mine last year that was the highest requested gospel song ever! Unfortunately, gospel doesn't make the megabucks that pop and country does... oh well. Big Rube will always be my teddy bear!

He would do great as a Luther clone but Luther is in a league of his own. Now that he's gone there is room for another one... I Miss Luther!

So who do you want to go this week? Do you wait for the songs before you actually decide? I don't vote this early. Does anyone here actually vote? I have in the past but usually I wait til they're down to the top 4 or so. I was heartbroken over Chris Daughtry's elimination and then started voting more.

I haven't like any of Amanda's songs and I really don't like Danny but can't put my finger on what exactly he does that bothers me. I want to like Brooke because I think she's cute as a button but I don't care for her voice all that much. I'm also not thrilled with David Cook but I can't even remember his songs - I just can't stand to look at him. I think they should all pay for the stylists if they aren't yet provided, lol.

My favs so far I think are Syesha and Michael Johns.

I personally haven't voted yet because no one has stood out enough to be a favorite. I like Brooke because I love her personality..very bubbly and she seems to love singing. David C. nice voice so he is probably towards the top of my list right now, actually I like all 3 Davids. The girls other than Brooke, Carly and Amanda are blending together right now. Amanda I am reserving judgement on until I hear her a few more times. I hated her first week, last week was better, but I need to hear more. Carly can sing but there is something I'm not crazy about.

I really am not sure who I like vocally yet....nobody has really impressed me. not sure if its the music they are singing or is because thye are just not any good....

You need to read your above quote: this is the most talented season ever.

There will never be another Luther....thats for sure.

I have not heard any of Ruben's gospel. Don't really listen to gospel music.
