We'll be there for part of the time you're there We are going from 4/12-4/19, it'll be our first time at POFQ also. I can't wait...or as my daughter likes to quote, "We're too excited to sleep"

I certainly think the money is worth it. I have stayed at both Pop and POFQ and MUCH preferred POFQ. It is so peaceful and everytime we returned from the parks it was so quiet and relaxing. We never heard any noise from other guests and didn't feel as though the toilet was taking off into the air when we flushed!!

I did the same thing last year and never looked back. It is totally worth the few extra $$. Have a wonderful trip .

Yes! One thing that I love is you hit the food court on your way in and out. So, you getting drinks is really easy (i.e. if you buy a resort mug.) There is only one bus stop pick-up area (divided into 2 right beside eachother based on where you are going). We are the first pick-up stop and first drop off. So, you always get a seat at least to the parks. I love the pool area, too. As always, with mods u get a pool slide, covered bus stop, fridge, etc. that makes it worth it. I tried All Star Movies last year to try to save money and I hope I don't have to do that again! They ruined a piece of my luggage that I hand delivered to the holding area. Thankfully, I was staying in Orlando for a few more days and they dropped off a brand new suitcase and nothing was stolen, but if I had been going on a plane that day - I would've been bringing home my stuff in a garbage bag. Seriously. There are such small differences between valvue and mod, but those differences can affect your vacation. I can only imagine how wonderful a conceriege at a Deluxe resort would be - oh to dream!

From food court to food court it is about 15-20 minutes, I think -- depending on how quickly you walk.

Just did the EXACT same thing a few weeks ago for our upcoming April trip. Personally? Yeah, I think it was the right choice!

My son has ADHD also and the quiet, laid-back feeling you get at POFQ was so worth it...it really helped with the after-park wind down!

Spoke to the hotel direct yesterday and the pool is scheduled to be open on 15th March. It had better be as we arrive on the 16th.
