Has anyone tried this yet? Is is possible to get a "good" workout in 10 min?

I saw the commercial about this last week and it seemed to be good. With that I just now did a search regarding reviews about it. Practically every review I read (from all diff. sites) were positive.

They said that in 10 min. you get a really good workout and that the next day you do feel it. They also said that if you do several of the workouts, which they call "stack" you get even better and quicker results.

The only complaint I read about this program was the price. They say its 79.99 (which I don't think its a bad price, if it does really work).

I'm not an exerciser, so a 10 min. workout appeals to me. All in all what ever I read was positive, I just don't know anyone personally who did it.

Does anyone have a link to this as to where to order it? Is it a DVD?

I'm going to give an opinion. This is merely an opinion and should be taken as such.

I'd say 10 minutes to exercise is not enough. Unless--you do pretty much no movement usually; then any movement is a good choice.

My DH's string of docs have all always advised him 30 minutes a day at least 5 times a week. I'd suggest that and to check out your local library for any exercise DVD's you can find to help mix up the movement a bit if you are looking for some variety.

Thanks TigerLilly. I may try the library! I never even thought of that.
