Is it November yet?????????? Does anyone feel as impatient as I do about a trip that is still very far off? My infant will be walking by that time (reminds me of the old commercial when the mom wants to wait until the baby can walk to go to WDW, and then the baby learns to walk when she sees Mickey and Minnie???)

Virtual vacations aren't cutting it for me anymore. I want to go now!

Sometimes I feel like I'm wishing my life away just to get to my next WDW vacation.

Oh, I am so sorry to hear that, Pasmommy, because all I have to offer you is a virtual vacation...so, whatever you do, DO NOT CLICK THIS LINK. You have been warned. ;)

(By the way, I'm going crazy, too, waiting for my far-off WDW vacation, ~sigh.~)

Lets see, you are going this coming November, but we are not going til next January, so I am supposed to feel sorry for you, why? Just kidding, I feel your pain just as bad. A year is a long time for anyone to have to wait on a WDW vacation. Just keep your senses about you and November will be here in no time. Until then, keep all sharp objects out of reach, OK? :hourglass

Right here with you---We changed our dates so we are leaving the 27th. I was excited because I figured out we hit the 299 mark tomorrow.....that stinks but it is closer than when we started counting in July!!

I agree I think about Disney all the time more I think than my 11 yr old son.
We will be going in either September or October 2005 CANT WAIT

I have always wanted to post this question:
If money and taking your kids out of school was not a issue, how many times would you go to Disney in a year especially if you had to drive???

I wish I could go around 4 times a year.

If I could just get one of those darn discount codes, I would feel very at ease.

I think I might just try to walk there so I don't have to wait anymore!! It's DRIVING ME CRAZY!!!

I am glad to know that I am not the only one crawling out of my skin waiting to go!!! :Pinkbounc

I've always said that I would never want to go too much, and take it for granted.

But I'm beginning to think I could go once a month and never have that happen!

Anyone up for moving to Florida??

another Nov. person here. We will be there Nov. 19-25 and I can't wait. I am counting down at work too. I tell them every morning how many more days.

I feel your pain! We just got back a little over two months ago and I have been bemoaning the fact that our next trip is so far away (late October). But then, the magic! DH informed me yesterday that his AP is burning a hole in his pocket so now we are planning a May trip for jus the two of us. Woo hoo!

Seriously, to the OP, the anticipation is a HUGE part of the fun. Just think how much better it will be when your little one is walking. PLUS...more of the Happiest Celebration on Earth events will be in full swing by November. We will probably suffer breakdowns and delayed starts in May.

Hi Brooke,

We took our first trip ever to WDW in June, bought AP's became addicted and are headed back for our 3rd trip in a few days. We drive from GA. We stayed a whole week in June and splurged. Now we will just be taking long weekends, so it doesn't affect school, etc. We take advantage of the AP resort discounts and budget food, etc. It actually turns out to be alot cheaper than if we spent a few days somewhere else. DD wants to go back for her Birthday in May, and heck I am all for it. :earboy2:

Argg!!! I know the feeling. Since starting planning a trip for DD's 6th birthday in the end of Octover, my Disney fever has kicked in.

To placate myself (for a bit), I'm bidding on a Monorail model! We'll see if this makes it better or worse!

I feel your pain. We're counting down to next January for our big trip. I'm busy reading and re-reading and re-reading everything Disney that I can find. I'm trying to narrow down all our restaurant choices at the moment. Plus, there's big decisions - like the GF Perfectly Princess Tea Party or Cindy's breakfast, Cirque du Soleil with kids or without, etc, etc, etc. And the girls remind us just about everyday..."How many more days until Disney World?"

Patience, patience, patience. It'll be here eventually, and will be wonderful when it is. :hourglass

:rotfl: I am also going crazy. I started planning to go back after my last Disney trip in march 04. I just booked my trip 2 weeks ago for Sept 16th-24th and I cannot wait. I have been looking at websites every single night since then. I am addicted. I also bought the unofficial guide 2005!!! I wish I could go right now!!!! I'm definately ready!!!!!!!!

I am also counting the days as seems like I have been for so long. My last trip was Sept. 03 and we are going August 31 - Sept. 8th this year. I will soon be leaving the 200's and entering the 100's (counting days) and that will be exciting! :teeth: I read 3 boards, have all the books (still waiting on my pre-ordered Passporter) and recently received the DVD from a nice DISer who shot Wishes, Spectro and Beauty and the Beast! I had to hide from my family while I watched! I was getting teary eyed! My DH and DD both like Disney but not like me! Plus, we are splitting our stay...first 3 nights at POP then 5 nights at WL. We have not stayed at either place and are excited about both. Actually, DH and DD have no idea we are switching over to WL...that's my little surprise! I do have an unexpected 4 night trip to Las Vegas coming up in April so that will help pass the time. We are also buying our first AP's for this trip but are planning a second trip in August 2006 for about 12 nights!!! :teeth: Hopefully those trip plans stay on track. Here's hoping everyones counting days go by as fast as possible! :Pinkbounc

I know the feeling, we're going at the end of August, and I feel like it's never going to get here.
