That noise I've been waiting for...

There I was - surfing the Dis - when it happened.............

There was the dull thud.......

The sound that I have been waiting for for almost 8 x months.....

It was the sound of the postman dropping my tickets through the letter box - and them hitting the floor with a satisfying thwump!

YEEEE HAAAA!!!!

Can't stop reading now - over and over - just to make sure there are no mistakes - everyone's name is correctly spelled - all the vouchers for tickets are present and correct.

NOW it's real......

All those weeks and months of planning - waiting - researching - whining - moaning etc etc - and now it's realy here.

The countdown is ON..........

Oh i want mine too I have only 21 days to go but it still feels like forever I'm getting panicky now thinking have i done this and that. We booked it 15 months ago and i can't believe how close it is

All i have left to do now is get some more dollars. I am hoping the rate will go back up again.

I still havn't made my mind up yet about what to do about a car seat for DD.

It only seams like yesterday that we had 21 days to go and now here we are going a week TODAY !!

Is really gone fast these last two weeks and I have got so much to do !!

I would take your car seat with you. At least your DD is familiar with her seat and you know that there is nothing wrong with it. Also the hire of them is quite expensive, I understand that the carrying of a car seat on the plane does not get included in your luggage allowance.
