I fear I have asked this before so please forgive me....We are going to Poly for 5 nights. We arrive on a Tuesday and leave on Sunday. My question is this....how many ts meals are we getting?? is it 5 or do we get meals on the day we are scheduled to leave also???

It is done by the nights reserved. If you have 5 nights reserved at the Poly, you will get 5 TS credits per person on the basic plan.

You get 5 TS per person 5 counter service per person and 5 snacks per person, when and how you choose to use them is up to you, they all expire on Midnight of the day you check out.

You get credits on a per-night basis. As pointed out, you can use your credits even after you check out, through midnight of the day you check out. This is important. Don't think your credits are gone when you check out!
