ok again I am jealous. we should have it paid off by next week but I so wish it was already paid off. I wish that silly money tree I planted would actually bloom

I did -- there is only two of us and my son goes for the adventure stuff which scares me to death but being the "great" mom that I am I go anyway

All checked in and a difference between last year and this year, we didn't have to pick an arrival time as it said that since we are staying at a Disney hotel we check-in when we arrive. Didn't know that the Airport Hyatt was a Disney hotel but we booked this pre-cruise stay through them. That is great as we can get up early and run downstairs to catch the first transfer to the ship!

Did I read somewhere that all Disney transfers are now scheduled to leave at noon? So should be a 1pm checkin? It all happened when PC changed the opening time for the terminal.....

Yes you are right - they have changed their boarding process to make it easier for those departing. The earliest you can arrive at the terminal is now 11, with the first bus leaving the airport at 10. I hope to be on that bus but we will see how it goes!

This is good to know. We haven't cruised DCL in a while so I'll have to read up on the changes. Why do they want to know your arrival time?

Hi everyone! We just switched our four day Dream to seven days of Magic and are so excited! This will be our fourth DCL cruise, but first on the Magic. DS won't be with us, but my soon to be 7 DD will. I sure could use a little Magic right now... Even with Christmas just around the corner!

You actually pick a port arrival time now as part of your online check in (unless you are staying at a Disney hotel the night before). DCL started that earlier this year to try to spread the crowds at the terminal a bit. I've read that your boarding number is now tied to that arrival time so even if you show up earlier it won't get you on the ship faster. There's also an exception for those taking DCL transportation from the airport: we will get our boarding numbers when we check in at the airport regardless of our selected port arrival times.

Welcome!!!! Looks like we have a very active group on this cruise and yes I think we ALL could use a little Magic right about now! Why is it that Christmas seems to come earlier and earlier every year????

We just spent a week at WDW for my parents' 50th anniversary, and it was amazing BUT I will never plan a big vacation so close to Christmas again!!! Way too stressful to get it all together in one short week back!

If you want to take part in the FE exchange, PM me all your info (cabin#, family name, first names of all going, ages of kids, and email address) - I will send out the list sometime in Januaray and then update it as we get more signing on......
