Hi I'm just wondering i will be at Le Cellier on thanksgiving night i know they have a different menu, but i would like to know if i can still have the same menu or at least have the steak? has anyone ever been there on thanksgiving night?
thank you

We are going to Yachtsman Steakhouse for Thanksgiving. I called the dining line and they said we could order off the regular menu, and they would also be offering a Turkey dinner including Turkey leg confit, cranberry compote, buttery mashed potatoes, herb stuffing, green beans, and some kind of dinner rolls(might have missed something, that's all I can remember). So, I would be fairly certain that you could order off the regular menu there, as well, and that the Turkey dinner offered would be similar or the same as what's offered at the Yachtsman. Mmmm, this is making me hungry, lol!

I have asked for experiences by others at Yachtsman, but really didn't get much response. I'd be very interested to hear how others enjoyed(or not), their Thanksgiving dinner experiences at this or other restaurants. I may ask again sometime, lol.

Hope you enjoy a great dinner! :)

We'll be at 50's Prime Time on Thanksgiving. Although I really enjoy the turkey dinner on Thanksgiving, it's going to be really tough to pass up the fried chicken. I really have to think this one out! :scratchin

Oh, you're welcome, and thank you, too! Mmmm, yum!! :goodvibes

Right?! That's what I said, as we planned on going here later in the week but it was open for our last min addition of being there on Thanksgiving day. And, we really want the awesome steak! But, it is Thanksgiving and sounds yummy! I think I'm gonna try to get a mix and get the rib eye steak, and see if I can trade the sides it comes with for the buttery mashed potatoes and the stuffing! I've read they are very good about switching to a different side so I'm definitely gonna try that, so a partial thxgvg dinner, lol!

I'm going to see if I can get at least one piece of chicken to go along with the turkey dinner. :flower3: If not, it's going to be really tough to pass up the fried chicken. :scared:

Ah, good plan! Hopefully our servers will be feeling the holidays and be generous with the pixie dust, lol! Hope you have a great thanksgiving dinner with turkey and fried chicken!

Can anyone else add their Thanksgiving dinner experiences? It's such a busy holiday at Disney, there must be lots of dissers with some great dinners to share details about, right?
Curious how it is do a holiday meal in Disney - actually have never eaten thanksgiving dinner not at home with family or friends, or visiting family, lol!

I ate at Le Cellier on Thanksgiving day last year and it was an amazing experience. They had some special items, but the real menu was available as well.

Anything different about eating there on the holiday than any other day? Did you have the special Thanksgiving dinner, and do you remember what they offered, or order off the regular menu?

I don't understand why you would expect to be able to do that :confused3

They are two separate and complete meals and you want to add the protein of one to another? How would they price that?

Good Luck

Maybe one piece as a side order. Tough choice to pass up one or the other on such a short trip. ;)
