Finally finished making all my plans for our trip over Thanksgiving. This is the first time that we are flying and we had already booked our tickets when we decided to try and do the Yuletide Fantasy tour. The first day for the tour is Nov 28th and we were leaving on the 27th. :sad1:

DH decided to check on the cost to change our airline tickets and since it wasn't too much ($150 total for 3 tickets), we changed our flight to Monday Evening. Now we can do the tour too. :cool1:

So now all our plans are set:
Arrive Wednesday Evening with Magical Express
Thanksgiving day at MK with dinner at Crystal Palace
Friday - Candlelight Processional at 5pm with dinner at Le Cellier at 7pm
Saturday - MGM & Osbourne Family Lights
Sunday - Breakfast at Breakfastasaurus in AK at 8:30
Monday - Yuletide Fantasy Tour at 9am
Back to the airport with Magical Express Monday Evening

Things really worked out for this trip. We really love going and seeing the way things are decorated at WDW for the holidays.
Can't Wait! :rolleyes1 :hyper:

Sounds like you've got a great plan here! Glad you were able to change things fairly easily for the tour! You'll have to post a report on how the tour was when you return. Let the countdown begin!

What is Yuletide Fantasy Tour? I will be there from Nov 22-30th.

From allearsnet.com
"DISNEY'S YULETIDE FANTASY

Almost magically, Walt Disney World Resort transforms into a holiday headquarters complete with millions of sparking lights, larger-than-life Christmas trees and miles of garland. Guests take a behind the scenes peek at that magical transformation in Disney's Yuletide Fantasy, a 3-hour journey into the holiday history of Walt Disney World Resort.

Guests take guided tours to theme parks and resort hotels, learning stories about the themes of the Yuletide decorations and how Disney elves transform the parks and hotels into an annual winter wonderland. Disney's Yuletide Fantasy is open to ages 16 and older (guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult), and theme park admission is not required.

The program is $59 per person, NO theme park admission required. "

I had read about this some time ago and we never got to do it. So we did a little rearranging and now we get to do it. One of the reviews I read, said that it could last longer than 3 hours - depends on your guide I guess.
