Thanksgiving suggestions

We are heading to Disney on Thanksgiving Day. We will be staying at a Value Resort for two days before our "REAL" vacation starts that Saturday, complete with Park passes and Dining Plan. We will have access to DTD, Boardwalk and resorts for a meal. Any suggestions for a "light fare" Thanksgiving meal? Many "Thanks!!"

Citricos! Nothing gets "Lighter".

You get a turkey medallion (size of 1/2 dollar). A bakers frosting bag "squirt" of potato and about 3 green beans with an almond shaving.

Hi. I'd recommend Fort Wilderness - the buffet at Trail's End supposedly has an extra "Turkey dinner" station in addition the barbecue items. There's a lot to do there - the Chip and Dale sing-along and movie, and you can watch fireworks at the MK from the beach, and the Electrical Water Parade on the water.

I suspect that DTD will be crazy busy that day.

Wherever you choose, make your plans sooner rather than later. I suspect most TS are already booked solid on Thanksgiving!

I have to say that I havent been on Disboards in a loooonnnnnggg time. We ended up eating at All Star Movies quick service. They had a special Thanksgiving meal. It was approximately $14 and included dessert. It wasnt bad. It was just enough to remind us that is was, indeed, a holiday.
