Thanksgiving Questions

First questions - Is Ohana's EXTREMELY crowded, do they rush you out on Thanksgiving day, and most importantly (because of DH) is the turkey just a roasted turkey, and NOT smoked? Husband REALLY does not like smoked meats? I would really appreciate an answer asap as 90 days out is Friday! Can't wait.

Second question - How crowded are the parks during the Thanksgiving week? We've never been there for this week, and I'm trying to plan.
