I'm glad that the "night before" is becoming so popular...well, not SO glad. (I know...selfish
). Haven't done it in years but do remember just walking over after dinner or something to watch the balloons-usually not terribly crowded in the later hours.
Have out-of-town visitors that I'd like to take-anyone know if it's been hectic in recent years, even in the late evening?
