Going on a Merrytime cruise on the Fantasy with one of the days being Thanksgiving.

For those who experienced the Thanksgiving menu (and assuming they're be serving it), what are your thoughts on the options? Did you go for the traditional-style entree or try something else? Should I brave the chicken liver parfait (this thing sounds terrible yet also intrigues me)?

I’ve not had chicken liver parfait on DCL but I love it whenever I’ve had it.

Best thing about a cruise, you can order more than one thing so you can try it and if you don’t like it, you have something else to eat.

TPX has a vlog out there on Thanksgiving on DCL. You can preorder all dark meat if you would like! That I remember from watching it …

I had pumpkin ravioli on thanksgiving. My mom got the turkey dinner. I just remember it had mashed sweet potatoes instead of regular potatoes. I think my son had pizza, which is his regular thanksgiving day request. This was years ago, the round trip NYC cruise with a stop at WDW. Our day at Disney was actually on Thanksgiving so we didn’t have normal seating times, it was more of a free for all.

I agree with trying something new, though I have no desire to try chicken liver anything.
