So we have decided to celebrate Thanksgiving at the Mouse this year and wondered what others had done for the big meal there- any good reviews or ideas for us?

Most people will tell you about the Liberty Tree in MK The normal dinner menu is a traditional Thanksgiving dinner (turkey, stuffing etc). Some of the other places will also serve their normal menu as well as a thanksgiving menu.
We went to Ohana's and I was expecting their normal menu and got turkey and all the fixings instead!

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving meal with all the trimmings at....the All Star Music food court! We purposely didn't make reservations on Thanksgivings Day thinking we might go off property for that meal. We decided, instead, to check out the food court dinner, and it was fantastic. Very reasonably priced too!

Le Cellier's offers a good Thanksgiving Dinner and Biergarten's adds it to their buffet.

We've eaten at Cape May Cafe twice now for Thanksgiving dinner, once in 2007 and again in 2009. Both times were fantastic. You'll get all the traditional Tday food, plus a nice selection of seafood, and the desserts were out of this world.

I used to post in length about this subject, but Ill keep it short and sweet...

ANYWHERE BUT CITRICOS!

Thats just my personal opinion from 2008.

We have had Biergarten a few times for Thanksgiving and love it. We will have it any time we are there on Thanksgiving day. As another poster said, they serve their regular buffet, along with the traditional Thanksgiving fare. We LOVE it. Plus, it is a lot of fun! We like Biergarten anyway but particularly like it on Thanksgiving. I hope you have a wonderful time. Disney World is exceptionally magical during this time of the year.

Traditional - Liberty Tree
Nice Dinner - Le Cellier
But my family likes Thanksgiving at the Fort. We've done it several times.

When you say the Fort, is it Trails End? We have been debating Trails End or WCC ourself.

First choice - Whispering Canyon Cafe at WL. (we love it).
Tied for second would either be Liberty Tree at MK or Trail's End at the Fort.
Liberty Tree has a neat atmosphere, but Trails End has better food with selection.

Curious as well...we'll be there as well and debating over eating at the house or at the parks for fun if we can get an ADR.

Is that a recent menu or from several years ago? Thanks!

We tried to get LTT this past Turkey day & couldnt so we ended up with an ADR at 1900 PF. We were actually very pleased with the buffet selections. They had traditional fare & then had some other selections that made for a nice dinner.

THAT sounds delish!!!!!!!! Thank you for posting that...think you just helped me narrow down some choices. Anyone ever done Rose and Crown for Thanksgiving? I was thinking Epcot all day, dinner there...ADR around 8ish...and then Illuminations.
