Thanksgiving Dinner Reservations Sold Out!

I'm so shocked! The Thanksgiving Day reservations at Makahiki and Ama Ama booked up within an hour, and I was not lucky enough to grab one! I'm so bummed, I've been diligently checking the reservation window, but was too busy today at work to call. It's just my wife and I, so no disappointed kiddos missing turkey dinner, but I just hate when my plans don't work out exactly how I want them to (such a Capricorn)

Does anyone have a great Thanksgiving restaurant recommendation? We are staying in a studio, so I can't really cook a meal in the room, but if I had a kitchen I totally would!

Did you try calling? I made reservations for 2 weeks from now and was able to book online for my first date, but my last was unavailable for any time. I called and they had pretty much everytime over the phone. Being Thanksgiving they very well could have sold out. But being Disney IT who knows.

Maybe you could check to see if Monkeypod Kitchen across the street has anything special going on for Thanksgiving.

We'll be there for a few days over Thanksgiving week and I waited too long to make reservations. When I look online it says there's nothing available for dinner on any of the days we'll be there. I'm going to call today to double check.

I would check Monkeypod Kitchen and Roy's to see if they have reservations. You could also see if there is anything available at the Four Seasons, but that's probably a long shot. If nothing works out, you could try walking up for bar seating at Mina's at the Four Seasons.

Roy’s will probably have a prix fixe menu for Thanksgiving. If you don’t see it on their website, call the restaurant for a reservation and the menu. I did their prix fixe menu for NYE and really enjoyed it. Here’s an article that mentions some of the dining options for Thanksgiving.
