Thanksgiving dinner at..

Currently I have a ressie at San Angel Inn in Epcot but am considering changing to something more "traditional" - I wanted Liberty Tree Tavern in MK but it is booked. I was able to get it earlier in the week tho' sooooo perhaps we will just have T-giving early.

Where?? People who are going for Thanksgiving, where are you eating???:confused3

We are going "Premium" on Thur/Friday. Soooo, we will probably have a non-traditional Thanksgiving lunch at WGP Grand Cafe & then supper (after LaNouba) at Fulton's Crab House!! We are just avoiding the parks altogether on those days :thumbsup2

Well.... initially I wanted Boma, but since I've just begun planning, there were no ADR's available, so I made a reservation at CP at 4:30, thinking we might do MVMCP.... but after some crowd level research am now thinking we will avoid WDW that day, and go to Portofino's buffet (I forget the name) at US/IOA. If I can get into Boma, plans may change again. I like having backup plans!

I'm jealous of those that have Le Cellier and Liberty Tree Tavern.
We are flying out that day, so we are just doing a breakfast. We chose Ohana and I am excited about that.

fa mulan - I couldn't get a reservation at Boma, either. There was nothing showing available online, but I called in to speak to a dining reservations cast member and she had multiple time slots available. Try calling in instead... you may get lucky!

Good luck!

Whispering Canyon Cafe - My DDs choice

fa mulan, There is no MVMCP during the week of Thanksgiving. Only on the 19th and 28th.

I tried online for Boma as soon as the 180 day window opened and there was nothing available. I called when phone reservations opened and they had the time I wanted available for Thanksgiving...so be sure to call and no go with the online reservation system. I think there is a glitch for Boma on that day. :)

We're going to dinner at Ohana on Thanksgiving Day then watching Wishes from the beach!

oops! am jumbling my ADRs together. :headache: my cp adr is for the 19th! But I may change that to Cosmic Rays instead. . . :rolleyes1

Thanks so much:thumbsup2 I tried once and they had nothing --CM told me that their system is identical to what's on-line, but I had my doubts about that... :tinker: I plan to keep trying b/c I thought Boma would be GREAT for T'Giving!!

We are staying at VWL and will do a late lunch at Whispering Canyon and then watch football.

We always go to Chef Mickey, but we are mixing it up a bit this year and going to WCC. We all love it there and thought it would be fun for the holiday. We always, always, always have lunch at Beaches and Cream, we have a kitchen sink for our meal. It's been a family tradition for years and we wil be continuing it this year!

We're going to LTT at opening. We will spend the rest of the day at our resort. My mother, daughter and I have a 4:00 reservation at the Garden View Tea Room.

We have an ADR at LTT at 1:15. We are getting out of MK as soon as lunch is over, as it's sure to be a zoo!

1) Yes, it is a cliche, but we are doing Liberty Tree Tavern.
2) I know the food is better at some other eateries.
3) But, how can you beat the outfits for a "traditional" Thanksgiving meal?
