Thanksgiving desserts~ What are you making/serving?

Pecan pie, pumpkin pie, fresh fruit salad, sweet potato casserole, and chocolate covered cherries were all available here. OMG, we are all stuffed. Maggie

Just had to brag a little that my lemon meringue pie came out great. Crust was flaky, lemon filling held together and wasn't runny and meringue was high. Everybody loved it and I'm glad I can take over that job for my mom.

I noticed somebody asked for a peanut butter pie recipe. Here is mine!
Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie.
1 oreo pie crust ( you could make your own using oreo crumbs)
1 package 8oz cream cheese ( room tempature)
1 cup sugar
2 tbls milk
1 jar hot fudge ice cream topping
1 extra creamy cool whip
1 cup creamy peanut butter
Coat the bottom of the pie crust with hot fudge topping. In a large bowl mix cream cheese and sugar together till creamy. Add milk and peanut butter. Mix together till well combined. Fold in cool whip. Spoon into crust. Drizzle hot fudge over top. Refrigerate. Enjoy!
