Thanksgiving day or the day before?

Great info on this site! Really helping me plan our combined WDW/USF trip.

We have time for one day at IOA (first time!) and have a choice between Thanksgiving day and the day before Thanksgiving. Any factors (crowds, hours, etc) that my influence our decision one way or the other?

Based on info from this site I'm leaning toward staying on-site for FOTL access, but wonder if it would be worth it if the crowds will be low. Any advice on that would be appreciated also.

the day before should be less croweded than Thanksgiving day itself. the day after is usually packed...

Thanks much for the info. Looks like I'll be in good shape either way crowd-wise. Will avoid the day after thanksgiving.
