Thanksgiving Day dinner suggestions?

We are planning to be at Disney Thanksgiving week this year and I'm wondering where we should plan to have dinner on Turkey Day. We drive down so on or off property is fine. Anybody have any suggestions?

We are going to be there at Thanksgiving as well. I am debating this question as we speak.

For the most authentic Disney Thanksgiving, we are looking at the Liberty Tree Tavern in MK. I can't think it gets more traditional feeling that than. That being said, I am sure everyone is thinking the same thing and ADRs will be hard to get. The park is likely to be "monster" crowded also.

Our back up is Boma since it is a family favorite. Nothing Turkey Day about it, but that's okay with us too.

I guess if we can get LTT we will be there and if not....

When we visiting during Thanksgiving in 2003, we wanted reservations at Liberty Tree Tavern for Thanksgiving dinner. We were not able to get reservations for dinner at Liberty Tree, but did have lunch there Thanksgiving Day. For dinner, we ended up at Whispering Canyon Cafe at the Wilderness Lodge and ended up having a fabulous meal. The setting of the Lodge also felt appropriate for Thanksgiving. We will be back again for Thanksgiving in 2012 and are hoping to get reservations at the Whispering Canyon again for Thanksgiving Day because of the great food we had last time. But of course, I will be sure to have a second and third choice as well. Hopefully, I do not have to resort to a fourth and a fifth choice.

We will be there too! I am not sure what the final place will yet, but my kids want 50's Prime Time Cafe or Kona Cafe.

We were there this past Thanksgiving and had dinner at Boma. They had turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, etc on the buffet as well as their usual African inspired items.

It was delicious!
