Thumbs up? Thumbs down?

Normally, DH, DS, and I have a small quiet turkey day at home. We were planning on a 7 day cruise in October 2007, but now I am thinking maybe I will push it back a month and do a November 2007 cruise over Thanksgiving. Is this even possible?

Will we be able to get "normal" thanksgiving day food?

Hi!

Yes, you will be able to get 'normal' Thanksgiving food, except some of the dishes you probably wouldn't attempt to prepare yourself while at home, LOL!

We sailed this past Thanksgiving, and are eager to do it again in 2007, (come join us on the Thanksgiving 2007 thread on the 'cruise meets' board.)

Turkey was served as one of the main courses, and the stuffing was a 'fruit bread' stuffing. There was also prime rib and lobster! The Christmas decorations are already up when you first board. :sunny:

We've been on 2 Disney Thanksgiving cruises and loooooooooved them. It's definitely still warm enough for the beach, although the water is a little too cold at Castaway Cay. (At least that's what I think- there were people in the water) My favorite- not having to cook all day for a big Thanksgiving meal and NO DISHES TO CLEAN.

On one of our cruises, my little sister got the Norwalk virus and was confined to the room. They brought Thanksgiving dinner in there for my mom and her.
