Thanksgiving Counter Service

We had reservations for dinner but then some friends decided to join us, and we decided since we are just going for the day we would just do quick serve meals.

I did a search and found that the mod and value food courts serve a traditional thanksgiving dinner, but does anyone have info about quick serve places in the parks? We will probably hit MK and DHS. We will stop at a resort if we have to but prefer to just eat in the parks.

On Thanksgiving Day at MK, all table service restaurants will have traditional Thanksgiving fare. This includes the Diamond Horseshoe, which will be table service for dinner.

Yes, but I am looking for counter service, not table service. Our friends decided to join us too late to get a TS ADR and we really want to save the TS money for our big Christmas trip anyway.

I would love to know this as well! We just planned a last minute trip for next week and will just be doing the quick service dining plan since I can't get any decent ADR's for the week.

I don't know of any counter service places that change to a Thanksgiving menu for one day. Or even have one meal different for Thanksgiving. Counter service is not like table service where you can easily change the menu.

We'll be arriving Thanksgiving in the late afternoon and plan on getting something from the Lotus Blossom Cafe in Epcot for dinner. It won't be turkey but it will be out Thanksgiving dinner. Nothing says you have to give thanks over turkey.

There is always the option of going to a nearby resort for a meal, instead of eating in the park, since some of the CS restaurants in the resorts serve turkey.

I got upgraded to the Dolphin one year and got there the Sunday after Thanksgiving - they have a counter service restaurant called the "Buffeteria" - they served a thanksgiving meal - I remember because I teased them about having leftovers!

It was excellent and the seating area is set up like a 50's diner.
