My husband and I have decided to go to
Epcot on Thanksgiving day. Are there any counter service places to grab a quick turkey meal?

We love turkey legs but we want something else that day :)

Forgive me if this has been asked before, the forums search feature does not work on my phone!

Your best bet will probably be Sunshine Seasons in the Land, they have the biggest variety of counter service. I doubt they will have a 'turkey dinner' but you could get chicken/mashpotatoes/veg instead along with desert, then you will feel stuffed like you had a big Tday dinner....

Then walk it off around the world showcase...

When we went over Thanksgiving in 2006 we had a great turkey dinner at the food court at All-Star Movies....it came with everything that you would expect at Thanksgiving and was very good.

The closest I can think of is Sunshine Seasons. It's not turkey, but they've got rotisserie chicken and "thanksgiving-like" sides. That's what DH got when we went in September—chicken, mashed potatoes, and glazed baby carrots. Here's a photo (his is in the back, so it's not a great photo.)

Thanks for asking this we probably will be in Epcot that night too

Ditto!

We just added T'Giving night to our plans & I'm not optimistic about securing an ADR at this late date. CS won't be the end of the world for us, after all, we get an extra day in WDW!

How about starting a new tradition of Morraccan food or fish & chips. We also love turkey legs andd turkey in general, but who says it's got to be turkey. My vote is for fish and chips and make a turkey when you get home!!! Good luck, I'll be at the RZose & Crown @ 7:15 if you want to stop in for a pint. Happy Thanksgiving!

I remember seeing a sign in our resort last year indicating that all restaurants would be offering a choice of a traditional T-Giving meal on T-giving Day. I would bet Sunshine Seasons and Liberty Inn (USA pavillion) would offer a traditional meal.

I believe I saw the sign in front of Guest Services. So just ask them in the morning who's serving a traditional meal, they'll know.

The food court in ASMu has a turkey dinner daily. It is VERY good. I have had it a few times on our last 2 trips.

In EPCOT, they have the chicken dinner daily as others have said and my guess is that if anyplace has it it might be there. It would be easy to sub the turkey for the 1/2 chicken.
