We leave in a week for trip number 23 and I am still as excited as the first one. Just saw the advertisement on TV for the Year of a Million Dreams and I get goosebumps hearing the music.

Who else is going to be there for Thanksgiving? We'll be at VWL.

Deb I hope you guys have a great trip.

You are one of the many always willing to give a straight comment to the many questions here on the DIS.

We are not that far off our first X-mas (well the week before) at the world and just switched our June trip to BCV for the first stay there as well.

So we have a bit of excitement going on here as well.

I hope you have a wonderful trip! We're going to be with our family in Boston for Thanksgiving. :goodvibes

Bobbi

Terry, enjoy your trip for Christmas. It's really neat. We'll be at BCV in June also. We just added day 8 to our June trip yesterday.

Bobbi, enjoy Boston!

Also doing the single digit dance before heading to the lodge. We will be there before and after Thanksgiving. Can't wait! Hope you have a great trip! :)

deb & ddhoeg.....and anyone else who may be headed to the world over thanksgiving.....

HAVE A GREAT TIME :thumbsup2

and maybe we'll run into you - we're arriving at BWV the wednesday before thanksgiving and will be staying for 7 days. the countdown continues.......

We will be in Vero for Thanksgiving but will check into OKW on Saturday after gobble day! I am so excited to do the new Nemo stuff. Every trip for me is like the first (even though its the 3rd this year). 11 days to go! I wish they started the Merry Mixer in November, not fair since its the Christmas season!! Hope to see you guys!!!

We also will be at WDW this Thanksgiving arriving the Saturday before and leaving the Sunday after Thanksgiving...9 days total! This will be our first visit to OKW and we can't wait. We were at SSR last Thanksgiving...our first visit to a DVC property. We definitely are hooked. Happy Thanksgiving to those who are staying home and to those who are spending it at WDW like we are!

We are going to Disney for our first Thanksgiving Trip (to disney that is). We are staying at BWV (also a first) .We are very excited to say the least. We will be there from Sunday to Friday. I must admit, I'm nervous about the crowds!

We are going Nov 16 and leaving Thanksgiving day. I get to wake up at Disney, but go to sleep 1200 miles away.

Have a great time everyone. :wizard:

And Happy Thanksgiving~!!!!!

We will be at The World the week of Thanksgiving AND Christmas. We just can't get enough of WDW during the holidays!

Not me, :guilty: and I am not speaking to anyone that is. ;)

Aww, all right, have a great time, just don't come back and post any great photos of your wonderful time. :rotfl:

I am already green with envy.

We'll be at SSR for Thanksgiving - our first as DVC'ers and our first during the holiday season. Looking forward to seeing the decorations - not excited about the crowds, but hey - we'll be at Disney! and not working! and not cooking! What more can you ask for!

There are so many good movies coming out next weekend and the day before Thanksgiving, we might just head over to DTD and see a few of them at the movie theater there.

That's the best part of being a DVC member. You can do as little or as much as you like because you'll be back.

Alas, Bobbi, coming into Massachusetts when we're headed out of it. Have fun!

We leave in a week's time starting at BCV thru the Tuesday, then heading back home to BWV until the following Monday. We are looking forward to just taking it easy once the crowds hit. We're ghoing to be hanging out with some freidns from Atlanta who also have a wheelchair-bound boy; maybe we'll get together a gang and have races or something.

OK, so let's hear about the Thxgiving ADRs, folks. Our's are at Flying Fish, which had the dual appeal of having a very appealing Thxgiving menu on offer and being located on the Boardwalk, since we're staying there and all.

When I saw the title of this thread I thought - I could have written that!
We are going home to BCV 11/21-11/26. It is our second Thanksgiving in DW. We did it two years ago and it was fabulous. The decorations get you into the Holiday spirit. We love seeing the Osborne lights the night before Thanksgiving and The Candlelight Processional after.
Two years ago when we were there for Thanksgiving we stayed at VWL and LOVED it. This year we are at BCV(our home resort), but we are having our Thanksgiving Dinner at Whispering Canyon - we had to get over to WL for the atmosphere.
Here is my hint for all - take your christmas card picture while you are there, lots of great backgrounds! Like the tree in the Lobby of the VWL!
Have a magical holiday!
Tammy
(who is going in 10 days and a few hours)

I'll be at BCV also, with DS, DDIL, and Granddaughters, 11/18 - 11/24 for our Third Thanksgiving at WDW.
