Thanksgiving at the Fort

When do they release this event for Thanksgiving Day? What is the cost? Any reviews of this event? I was thinking about doing this for Thanksgiving this year. Let me know what ya'll think or know.

So we originally had plans to do this last year. It sounds great, especially if you have children. But somewhere along the way on another post by me about the fort, I heard they serve turkey roll. I couldn't ever get a good enough explanation from calling in because they just state that they serve turkey. But a few other people said they went and were served turkey roll, which I don't find acceptable. I couldn't risk a crummy Thanksgiving dinner.

We ended up with ressies at Brown Derby, after I cancelled our fort ressie.

I have no idea when they'll release dates for that. However, we did Thanksgiving '09 in MK and had supper at Crystal Palace. The food was awesome !! Highly recommend.

The park was insanely crowded until after supper, and then it was nearly empty when we came out. That was great too.

Last year, 2010 we chose the wrong park to go to. We steered clear of MK and went to Hollywood Studios, and so did everyone else. The parking attendants said MK on Thanksgiving day were lighter than usual. Boo!
