Thanksgiving always value season for Vero?

I was surprised to see 165/night available for Thurs-Sun of Tgiving weekend. This is the same as Sept rate and is still avail on expedia. Is it this way every year? Seems odd to see value season pricing on a holiday. Late Dec for the same room is 320/night.

I guess it probably does stay in Value for the rack rates. Traditionally, high season for Florida is January-April and the Vero resort follows more along those lines than WDW's schedule. I'm guessing that the Peak Season will fluctuate based on when Easter falls.

I pulled this Season information off the Web

Value Season: January 1-February 4; August 29-December 19;
Summer Season: June 3-August 28;
Regular Season: April 18-June 2;
Peak Season: February 5 - March 27;
Holiday Season: March 29-April 17;December 20-31;

The DVC points schedule puts Thanksgiving into the second cheapest time -- Choice Season. Premier Season includes Christmas and a span from March-April based on how Easter falls each year.
