Thanksgiving ADR's

Fastly approaching the 180 mark, and wondering: Where are you eating for Thanksgiving?

Any suggestions?

I'm considering Hoop De Doo Review or Chef Mickeys so far.

At my kid's request...the Hollywood and Vine! I know some would think this was crazy, but we love this place. It is a can't miss meal while we are at WDW...
We will spend the day at MGM, watch Santa arrive in the parade, stuff ourselves silly at H&V, watch the snow fall around the Osbourne lights, and top off the day with a viewing of Fantasmic!
I can't wait!!!

We will be arriving in WDW on Thanksgiving morning and I'm having a hard time figuring out when to start calling for our ADR's for Thanksgiving and the week following.
What date will you be calling?

We check in 11/21 so I can call next Friday (5/25/07). We're thinking about Whispering Canyon Cafe for Thanksgiving dinner.

We were planning on doing the Safari Celebration Grand Gathering but yesterday I found out they will not have it until Nov 25 which is too late for us. Now I have to find another plance to eat on Thanksgiving day. I want to avoid MK that day. Any suggestions from someone who was there last year?

We arrive on 11/20 so I am going to make my ADRs in 1 week!! We are planning on eating an earlyish dinner at the 50s prime time cafe and then watching Fantasmic. Then we will head over to the Boardwalk for a corn dog -- the best corn dogs ever!!

We are also planning on doing Typhoon Lagoon earlier in the day. We were just talking about this last night, who gets to be lounging around a lazy river on Thanksgiving!?! I will for sure have to call up my MIL (she will be joining us on Saturday) while she is cooking and be like...guess what we are doing, LOL!!!

We will be arriving on the 21st as well. I believe we will try LeCellier on Turkey Day! I was planning on going to AK Thursday and then to MK on Friday. Are the crowds really going to be bad???? My husband and I have not been to WDW in 25 years, so really do not know what to expect.

I got HDDR early show for Thanksgiving about 2 months before last year.

We are eating at Whispering Canyon Cafe with our group of 29 at Noon on Thanksgiving Day.

We are doing the Holly Day Parade at MGM then are eating at the Brown Derby at 4:45 on Thanksgiving.. We then plan to do the Osborne lights to put us in the holiday spirit that evening! I am so excited!

We decided to do Yacht Club Galley at 5:00 pm...then going to MGM to see the lights.
