Thanksgiving 2011, here we come!!

We just got off the phone with WDW travel booking our site for Thanksgiving 2011!!! DH (DannoMagee) and I just returned from a grown-up only trip this past Saturday, and I must say that I am now officially in love with the Fort! More on that later, when I finally get around to a trip report.

This trip, however, will have us, our two little folk, both sets of grandparents, & DH's bro and his brood. Total of 12 in four different sites!!

I just had to share our excitement with people who understand. The people with whom we're going are "excited" in their own ways, but probably not like us!!

Let the work on our set of Mickey lampposts begin!!

Wow TinkMomma! Congratulations

We did a 3-generation Thanksgiving at the Fort this past year and it was great. My folks, my family, my brother's family, and my sister's family (although I was the only one staying at the Fort) and I cooked for about 15 people in my pop-up. Weather was all over the place that week. But our experience went well so I hope it goes well for you and your families too.

If you want any advice on doing a turkey at the Fort I'll be happy to tell you how we did ours (we kept it simple).

Of course we will want a trip report after it takes place!

Thanks Bama ED!! We are so stoked it's not even funny.

We were thinking about frying one if we didn't get an ADR for somewhere so that noone has to cook for once! LOL! Are turkey fryers even allowed at the ole Fort?

Now I feel like I'm playing a waiting game on the rest of the fam to get their's situated. I really don't want to forget to link them all up! Haha!
