ok again wow i like that idea makes things a little easier but get this i actually called a few banks and dh went to a credit union and they had 2.00 and 1400 of them so im doing the $2.00 thing for sure

I can usually find a local bank that has the 2 dollar bills but if I can't I just get a band of of 100 ones.

Weigh your luggage. Once you start using space bags, your luggage can get heavy, fast!

Delta has a 50 lb. restriction per bag. When I just came back, I was 52 lbs. on one bag and 47 on the other. I said do you want me to move 2 lbs. over to the other bag when the porter told me I was over weight on the sky cap check in?

Then I said. I wish I was only 2 lbs. overweight!

I still want to learn how to make the name signs...but I think it will have to wait until after the cruise...right now I'm not even sure when I'll find the time to pack!

Really not that hard to do.

1. Go to the website http://clipart.disneysites.com/. This has all FREE Disney clipart! Then find the images you like, and then when you find one, just put your cursor over the image, right click and then hit "save to" and then I put in my folder "MY PICTURES" on my computer and save the image.

2. Then I got to Microsoft Word and open a new document, changing the margins, etc. Then go to "Insert" at the top of your menu bar and then go to "picture" then "from file" and then click on the image you want copied over into your Word document.

3. Then you can move the image around and change the size of it. Then I either add fancy word art or just the Waltograph font (which is available free off the internet also). I print out on regular paper and adjust as necessary.

4. When all is well, I insert magnet paper 8 1/2 x 11 into my printer (you can buy 5 sheets at Walmart in the office supply aisle for about $7-$8.) You can probably get at your local office supply store to.

5. Print out, all is done and you are ready to put on your door!

The turkey itself for Thanksgiving dinner is good, but the accompaniments (dressing, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, etc.) are not 'traditional' Thanksgiving fare. The dressing was a 'fruit bread' dressing, and the sweet potatoes (if I remember correctly, ) were a type of souffle.(sp?) I thought it was all good, but promised Rachel THIS time we'd have a traditional Thanksgiving dinner the weekend before we sail. (She LOVES a traditional Thanksgiving dinner.) I'll be so ready to set foot on-board the Magic the week after all of the cooking.

Mason doesn't know what a traditional thanksgiving is. We have been on the Magic every year since he was 5!! That is our tradition!!

We received our fish extender in the mail yesterday. Unfortunately, I am not at all crafty to be able to make my own. However, I am trying to learn. Mason and I spent a few hours last night making fruit and veggie shish kabobs for the entire 3rd grade for a fruit and veggie party today. Then, this weekend we need to create a book cover/report/craft project!!

We too, are doing a traditional thanksgiving dinner--- this sunday in fact. We have been on cruises the last three years on thanksgiving (without the two DS that are 19 and 27) so, decided to have the feast this weekend so perhaps we could do lobster on the ship.

Our stateroom is 2050, but we didn't get around to getting fish extenders, so might just skip that this time.

Now you said......MIGHT JUST SKIP...................

so in my detailed mind, that means, that you might still participate. You know, it doesn't have to be anything fancy (in terms of the fish extender). People have taken a gift bag and hung that from their stateroom. Anyway, I won't finalize the mini-navigator until November 14th, so you can change your mind anytime up until then.

And anyone who is not on the list, or any late comers who post can still be added to the mini-navigator up until November 14th!

wow 50 lbs that is some crap Jet blue never has said anything to me about the weight of our luggage go figure disney has me fly delta on friday late flight and when i tryed to change it to a mid day flight dont you know i now have a 162.00 credit per person so they actually just book what they feel like not that they look for the better $$$ price well what ever what is dont is done all i know is next year im soooooooooooooo booking all my own junk if my dad wasnt sick i would of done that this year too

lisa if all else fails you can always find a A.C. moore or a michaels they have people there who can help you in the future with some crafty ideas .......... i went to the store and got fabric and wooden dolls and all the things needed to make 4 diffrent fish extenders and tried to make 1 gave up and ordered them from that woman rosa 2 green 2 pink lol and that was months ago ha ha ha and i think im kinda crafty too so dont feel bad
