If anyone has a Beall's store near them, they're having a great sale. I found the girls cute Pirates of the Carib. tees and a skull printed tee for super cheap. I think these will look really cute for Pirates night.
Didn't I read somewhere DCL gives out something for Pirates night like a bandana or something? If so, is it given to just the kids or everyone?

The kids could be out of school just under five weeks. They'll probably spend Thanksgiving week reviewing the first six weeks of school, so my two probably won't miss much "new" material.

If the strike still isn't settled, they could go out again in the spring for two more weeks before they have to return again. I'm hearing horror stories of this scenario going on for another year or two, but I'm trying to remain optimistic.

Laminating is done, pumpkin is carved, seeds are baking in the oven.....time for Dancing With the Stars.

Do you all mind just sending me checks instead of doing the paypal thing....or, if you don't want to send a check, just give me cash on the boat...it seems so much easier for this stressed out mom to figure out right now!

Between extended family stuff, my out of town travel, son's Halloween costume, carving pumpkins etc...I haven't even begun to pack and right now don't know when that will happen.

Cost per shirt was $8.72 for adults and $7.72 for kids...all in all not too bad!
