Hey! What the heck is going on here? :confused3 No one has posted for 24 hours?

OK, here is today's Florida weather report (especially for Lampy)

1. Today is the last day of hurricane season! :cheer2:

2. Just drove in to the office, it is sunny and 84 degrees! :sunny:

I was talking to a guy this morning who is flying to Chicago for the weekend tomorrow. He told me they are predicting snow! It's time for a photo of your back yard, Ron. :cold:

TCD

Weather forcast......was 65 degrees last night when I was comming home from our club house at 10 p.m. on the colf cart....yes it was raining, Temp. on my commander this morning on my way to work was 38, now it's 31 and the forcast is for 1-3 inches of sleet from now 'till 7 pm then 6-16 inches of snow before it ends tomorrow afternoon!!

Back yard in summer................

One more thing, don't forget that the Turkeyday gang is very proficient with posting interesting cruise photos. As more people join this thread, I will have more material to work with.

Does anybody remember this great photo from the Thanksgiving 2005 cruise?

This is the fellow that Mrs. W was hanging out with when W went missing on his romantic turndown night.

Anyone remember this?????????

Ron, you have a mind like a steel trap!

You are living proof of your very scientific buffalo theory! :thumbsup2 :drinking1

TCD

Ah yes, Buffalo theory.......I killed a few yesterday.....

Well, Ron, it is December 1st, and I guess you are "digging out" from last night's storm.

Willie, according to my sources, it is currently 31 degrees in beautiful Beaumont, TX. :cold:

Priscilla, it must be cold where you are, too.

Current weather on my way in to work at around 8:30 eastern time was 73 degrees, and it supposed to go up into the mid 80's today! :sunny:

Chuck and Lisa, it must be even warmer where you all are.

Everybody have a great day.

Watch yourself, Lampy. Have you forgotten my epic post (with accompanying photos :rotfl2: ) ?

Yep, woke up to a little frost on tha pumpkin, here in East Texas. It was 29 at the Miller farm. Yesterday morning it was 75 when I woke up. I wore short sleeves to work Thursday. And on Tuesday at soccer practice, the smell of mosquito spray was in the air.
Have I ever told yall that I hate cold weather? (maybe like 100 times?) I already need a beach. Oh well only 7 months till I sail the dark side with Doogie Family and Pris Family.

Lampy, those Christmas Beach tunes I sent are finally in season!

And Lampy, you are a brave soul messing the the T man. He has a dangerous Photoshop program....
And since he bills his clients by the hour, he has time to use it!

Chuck, We are hoping to hear good news about Lisa's dad.

Well guys, no "digging out" for me this morning......put the snow plow on the neighbors truck just in case.....and it missed us.....no snow on the ground this morning....but 30 miles north got 18 inches!

W- Sorry to hear about your weather situation.

What's the playlist for the Christmas Beach tunes?

Ron- Thanks for letting us know. I have heard about some bad stuff going on in the mid-west. Glad to know that you are OK, but I still want to see a photo of your frozen backyard (to remind me how lucky I am-especially now that hurricane season is over).

W- You are a smart man! ;)

(But I will still have to post some of my photos of you from the archives).

Don't look now, but I am only 11 post away from reaching my personal 1000 post milestone.

I wonder what I should post for that momentous occasion. :confused3

:scratchin

Maybe one of my genuine, un-retouched spy photos of Lampy and Dubbya? :scared1:

I'll be thinking about it.

BTW, Priscilla, I am catching up with you. You had better get a move-on with the posting.

It is a bunch of beach/Christmas tunes I put to CD when Lampy and I were gonna sail the Magic Christmas sailing. (Remember the horseys?)

It has songs like Kenny Chesney- All I want for Christmas is a real Good Tan and Jimmy Buffet Christmas Island, Christmas in the Caribbean. then it has some great beach songs by some unknowns like Hannahs Reef and Joe Bennett. Good stuff. You want a copy? PM me your mailing address and I will mail it next week.

Hey Willie, don't forget the CD cover with pics of you, me and Doogie.....this way every time he listens to it he has to look at us! LOL

I'm laughing out loud reading the posts about you guys disliking the cold. :cold: Willie, I've never met a man from Texas who likes cold weather. (Even at Christmas!) Same for you Andrew, living in Florida. In fact, you guys all bring to mind a Christmas card I saw recently, which depicts Santa lying in a hammock, (wearing shorts and sunglasses) with the sun shining down on him. Open the card and it reads, 'Let it snow SOMEWHERE ELSE.' Merry Christmas! :rotfl2:

I confess to loving cold weather (ONLY through December 25th.) I'm ready for shorts again myself after Christmas is over. :santa:
