Thanksgiving 2007!!!

Melinda, yes - everyone has a fish with the room number underneath it (or is the number right on the fish?). I've never done this before, but then again our two other cruises were on the Wonder and much shorter.

We bought some fabric yesterday. We found some great pirate fabric at Joann's for half off. We had a hard time finding Mickey fabric that wasn't fleece. We found some at Wal Mart, but neither place had a huge selection of just Mickey.

I told my MIL about this yesterday, and now she's all gung ho. She called a friend of hers who can sew, and they are meeting up tomorrow to piece the fabric together. We are making one for our room and for my niece's room. I found some great little items at Joann's, and I'm keeping my eyes open for other things, too.

How many of us are going to participate? I have no idea how many items to get.

Sorry we didn't get back on the t-shirts sooner (looks like we missed the cut off anyway) - but we have been having huge wind problems here in southern CA and it knocked our power out since Saturday. It went out right at the tail end of my son's 8th birthday party, and we finally got it back on an hour ago where it's steady. It was on for a little bit last night night then knocked out again. Anyway, we will still come by and say hi to everyone on Deck 10. We are getting very excited around here (my DW is excited because she is shopping for new dresses for formal/semi-formal night) because we are less than 4 weeks away. We can't wait for our first Disney Cruise!!!

Thanks for the list im going to print this and i guess wait to see if we have more added later on i have to tell you that as the days pass im getting more excited, i have even started to text message my 2 kids at college each day with the count down ha ha i think even with my being the so called adult im the most excited ha ha i guess that is what its called being a kid at heart ha ha

We will make it to 2000 post but we could use a little more activity.

With that said we are still trying to figure out what we are going to do in Key West. I am NOT eating the conch fritters ever again, So what are others doing?

The room numbers on the list are from everyone who has mentioned their room. I'm not sure who all is participating with fish extenders.

Key West - my DS, nephew, and two friends are parasailing. The rest of us are doing the Old Town Trolley tour so we can see all of KW. We were going to do the butterfly conservatory, but we decided to skip it.

Grand Cayman - stingray excursion through Captain Marvin's.

Cozumel - Dolphin Swim Adventure.

CC - the teens are doing the Wild Side adventure and the rest of us are hanging out on the family beach.

i made plans for the kids each day i made them pick and choose what they wanted to do stingray swim dolphin swim and what ever they all decided on i didnt book anything for us being that its a daily thing with my dad it all depends on the day and how hes feeling some days hes in a little pain and is good and others he wakes up in a bad way and really cant do much when i talked to disney about this they said that if i book things for us and hes not able that i would or could lose that money that i was best off seeing what he was up to that day and see if there was something not booked that we wanted to do that way i didnt lose the money due to a cancel last minute

I think I counted 43 kids (including the older ones) Do you think we will have a list of just the people that want to exchange. I have never done the fish thing before. Do you want me to keep a separate list for the kids who want to participate with the fish extenders? I guess the best thing would be to list their name, age, and room number? I'm sure my DS 14 won't want to participate, and neither will his older cousin and friends.

I went to Joann's today and I did finally find an adorable mickey print and it wasn't cheap! But if I'm gonna try, which I don't sew,I'm going to hit my sister up to help me. But if the darn thing is not so crafty at least the fabric will be cute.

hey lynn how are you i got the fish extenders on e bay for 7.00 each with shipping i think i payed 19.00 that was for 2 fish extenders and shipping not all that bad i figured, i tried to make them and that was just a mess to i looked on line and got them there
