Does anyone remember from previous years when the Thanksgiving menu options come out for the different resturaunts? We'll be at 90 days from our arrival date in only 2 weeks, and I'd kind of like to know what our different options are. I know All-Ears has the options and menus from 2004, but I'm hoping they'll be updated pretty soon with the current info. Anyone have any ideas?

No ideas, but I'm waiting for the info myself? What are your tentative plans for Thanksgiving? I ordered annual passes yesterday, so I might try my luck at the LTT!

We have been thinking of avoiding the parks and eating at a resort. Only problem is, DH wants a lunchtime and all the resort places I can think of close down at lunch. So we're also thinking of LTT (lunch) or if we're real lucky, CRT. DMIL will be with us, and we want something she'll remember.

I was wondering the same thing. I'm going by last years list, I hope it doesn't change much.

I had originally planned on avoiding the parks Thanksgiving Day and still plan to as far as park touring is concerned.....we only have 2 weeks to go to make decisions about Thanksgiving. I defiinitely want a traditional meal.

I would love to be able to avoid the parks on Thanksgiving Day. We are travelling with some family members who will only be there for the weekend so we're planning on Epcot for the day, hopefully it won't be too bad. I'm thinking about dinner at Yacht Club Galley.

We ate at the Concourse Steakhouse a few Thanksgiving's ago. They did have a traditional menu, along with the best beer cheddar cheese soup for an appetizer. Have a nice time. I would avoid the MK on Thanksgiving as it was a zoo! :paw:

It is hard to believe we can make ADR for Thankgiving in a few weeks. Guess my DH and I better get our dining planned.

Hi,
I read on another thread that Chef Mickey's last year offered a very nice Thanksgiving Buffet and I was thinking about that for my family. I was told by a friend that Epcot was a good place to visit on Thanksgiving Day because it was not as busy as the others due to it being so spread out. If my arrival day is the 20th of Nov when can i make my ressies?

I will be at 90 days out from the start of my Thanksgiving Vacation next Wednesday and was wondering about CG. Has anyone ever eaten Thanksgiving dinner at CG.

The DDE card has got me all "up in the air" about our Thanksgiving plans. We arrive on Wednesday, but we are staying for 10 nights. Thanksgiving Day will be our first full day, and I figured we would plan a nice dinner or lunch. However, I'm now reconsidering to have just counter service as the Dining Card is not applicable on holidays, and I'd rather go to our favorite sit down places when we can take advantage of the 20 percent savings. Same holds true for the Candlelight Processional this year.

That said, we are thinking of Boma if we do dine on Thanksgiving.

I am planning on having Thanksgiving Dinner at the Brown Derby (Fantasmic Package.) Since I can't use my DDE card because it's a holiday, I figured I might as well go for the Fantasmic package that also doesn't give DDE discounts. I realize that DS is going to be crazy but figured we can just go for dinner and Fantasmic. :earsgirl:

I have alot to be thankful for!
Today I was able to get a reservation at Liberty Tree Tavern for Thanksgiving Day!!! Yummy cant wait to try it!!
Also have reservation for Ohanas just in case , which one is better for Thanksgiving? :wizard:

DH & I went over Thanksgiving in 2000....I know that was a few years ago, but we had dinner at Yacht Club Galley. They had traditional food, along with many other choices, and all the food was excellent! I think they may have had a lunch as well, but I'm not positive. Something to look into.

Thanks for the link it is great to have the menus from last year. Now I have to choose.

Can I ask how you made a ressie for Thanksgiving today? I've got the 26th as 90 days from T'Day (our day of arrival). Is it due to the 90+10 plan? which would make today the 100th day?

Just wondering as this is an option for us on T'Day as well but we are really trying to avoid the parks like many earlier posts.

TIA. Brenda

I called wdw dine on Monday and they told me Disney resort resturants are taking Thankgiving day ressies starting on Tuesday if you have a resort reservation.
I also asked about Fulton Crab House for Thanksgiving Day also, but was told they werent taking ps until 90 day.
