I want to send out a much belated, but sincere "thank you " to Lauren from VIP Tour Services. It was almost a year ago when you conducted our VIP tour. It was my intention to send a thank you note, but I forgot. While planning this year's trip, I came accross the beginnings of a note to you and felt embarassed by my negligence. After our return last year, I began to compose a note of thanks and commendation.
Before I mailed it, my children began trading strep throat for the next month. Then I contracted it. And then I forgot about my letter and it stayed buried in my Disney Trip File.
So thank you Lauren. You were a terrific guide. You were able to get us on all of the attractions and rides we hoped for. The children enjoyed your company and we all had a wonderful day. You even managed to get us a partial refund when the parade was canceled due to the weather. How ever did you manage that?
We would love to have you be our guide again (we won't need one this year, but perhaps next year) and would give you the highest recommendation to any other guest.
